I felt very welcome and comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and always approachable. They were happy to answer any questions and the rooms were always cleaned while I was out of my room so it didn’t cause any inconvenience.

I thought everything was great. The only recommendation I may have is to have a few more different types of spreads for the bread in the morning. Maybe a peanut butter or honey or something as well as the strawberry jam.

Very nice and relaxing trip

Helpful staffs, the cleaness of the place, big comfortable room. Love the most is car parking area which is inside, save my car a lot _/\_

If it would be possible...the twin/queen bed room, it should have 2 chairs instead of 1 ^_^

Very good

New and nice rooms. Hotel was very nice and good price. Its a bit far from the Hua Hin Centre, we walked there but it took some time. If u dont mind that, its a good place to stay

Location, staff, room's size, cleaness

If you could add "white light" for make up's mirror, it would be greateful. The warm light that you have now, it's also good for resting but it's hard to define when come to make up.

Near the beach. Just walk across the street. Also have the really nice cafe nearby. The bed is very comfortable.

Comfortable room, very good shower, location is great and staff is friendly and helpful. They have free coffee, toasts and water available.

Highly recommended accommodation at a very reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

Really nice place, decorated well, rooms are clean and beds are comfy at a very reasonable price :) BONUS there isn't breakfast provided BUT they have coffee, tea, and cocoa available PLUS toast in the morning.

Everything is exceptional maybe except for the hot water in the shower... the settings take some time to figure out. It's either too hot or too cold but once you figure it out it works fine.

It's okay to stay here overnight

Convenient place for our needs in this trip. We arrived very late and checked out in the morning but everyone from the staff we met in this period were friendly. Check in and check out was super fast! Free parking is under the building so your car will be in shade. Room is clean enough and looks good for this price range.

No hand soap by the sink, only dispensers in the shower. Not a big deal if you have your own soap. Shower head was very dirty, full of lime stone and stains, feels like those bacterias living on it can bite off your ear haha. But the most disappointing thing were pillows. They are so thick that it's impossible to sleep on them without breaking your neck. AC worked good enough but status leds were super bright, it's like sleeping when light on, very annoying.

Bed is great. Bathroom is clean. Register is okay.

Wifi is very slow despite telling register to fix it. Air conditioner somehow took very long to cool down the room.
