tutto veramente perfetto!! piscina pubblica ma anche stanze con piscina privata. jacuzzi in terrazzo altissimi livelli !

Piacevole scoperta

Struttura come in foto, nuova confortevole e curata. Molto vicino al centro di Faliraki, raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi. Personale molto disponile e gentile, colazione buona e abbondante. Consigliatissimo.

Best bang for your buck

Walking distance to city, supermarket and beach. Reception is super nice and helps you out with ANYTHING. Pool was nice in the evening. Rented car was easy and cheap Breakfast is extra class and different every day

It's a total yes!

Perfect place to be! Very close to the beach, supermarket and the bus station. The host very helpfull and nice. We enjoy our stay at Patricias and we recomnned it.

Nice holiday

The staff and the manager were friendly and helped if we needed something. The location was fine, not far from shops, bus stop, cafes and central beach.

Satisfactory for the price we paid

Good that we had a fridge and cupboards, lovely bathroom and enjoyed having a maid who came every day. Also liked how close it was to the shops and restaurants

The ‘stove’ was 1 plug in hob. No sponge to wash up. 2 coat hangers in the whole wardrobe. 3 plug sockets in the whole place including the kitchen one.

Perfect accomodation for this price.

Restaurants 5 mins walk, beach 7-8 mins walk, supermarket 2 mins walk. The room was tidy every day by the time we got back from the beach (new towels, bed linen). George is very helpful in every cases. On your last day you have to leave the apartment at 11.30 - dont worry if your plane takes off later, they provide a safe place for your luggages while you're spending your last hours at the beach ( and shower also ). (However George was that kind that we could stay in the room for free until 19.00 on our last day).

The wifi was very slow. The air condinationer cooled the room very slowly which made falling asleep really hard after coming home at night.

Overall everything was good, George and his family were very helpful and responsive, cleaning was done regularly, area is perfect because you can reach Faliraki centre where you have clubs and shops by walking 7 minutes and Rhodes by bus (bus station 5 min away)

Nice room, with a balcony ideal for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Close to restaurants and bus station.

Very nice

They were changing the towels every day and do the cleaning. Pretty new furniture and clean. It was close to the center and to the bus stations.

It was close to the main road and there were car noise, ignorable, but I would have preferred a quiet place.
