Check in lady was rude and aggressive

Not much

The receptionist was very rude, aggressive and she forgot to leave my friends key at the reception so when they arrived at 11pm, they had to wait another 45mins to get into the room after they sent the on duty manager to drive back to the hotel. I made double sure everything was ready and she said yes, but she didn't do this. Also the aircon in our room wasn't working and I went to the lobby 2 times to try to fix it but no one could help. Very disappointing

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville (si vous êtes motorisé)

Emplacement au calme. Restaurant absolument superbe au niveau des plats proposés et à un prix correct (juste un peu bruyant sous le auvent). Chambre vaste, lumineuse et bien équipée. Parking sécurisé gratuit.

Déco un peu dépassée mais cela reste un détail.

beau séjour dans un hôtel situé un peu loin du centre ville mais appréciable pour son confort

la superficie de la chambre ainsi que son confort, un bèmol sur la cabine douche qui ne se ferme pas intégralement ce qui est un peu gènant pour ce doucher

le petit déjeuné bon mais limité en produit, mais les gâteaux maison sont très bons

Prima, zeker gerelateerd kwaliteit / kosten.

Aanwezigheid zwembad. 25 minuten lopen naar centrum. Grote kamer en badkamer. Afgeschermde parkeerplaats.

Echt sporthotel. Weinig gezellige inrichting van ontbijtruimte en Restaurant alleen beperkt open. Drankjes savonds zelfservice.

Essenziale , arredato con gusto, Stanze grandi e confortevoli, alla reception una ragazza molto gentile.

Soggiorno troppo breve per dare suggerimenti direi però che è sta una piacevole sorpresa.

Posizione della struttura vicino al centro, comodo parcheggio dentro e fuori struttura. Molto accogliente e personale molto disponibile. Luogo rilassante e ben disposto.

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono

La forza di questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione. La camera veramente grande è spaziosa. Il personale davvero molto gentile. Al check out ci hanno regalato anche un pensierino. È stato molto apprezzato

Sicuramente come in tutte le cose si può migliorare… Il letto sicuramente può essere un matrimoniale e non due singoli, con un materasso sicuramente più comodo. La colazione il secondo giorno presentava delle torte un po’ vecchiotte(erano molto molto dure). Si potrebbe fare un pochino meglio.

Ottima struttura!

Struttura nuovissima, luminosa, ampia e pulita dotata di tutti i comfort, sita in un posto tranquillo di fronte ad un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Adiacente ampio parcheggio privato gratuito, ed al piano terra ristorante con ottima cucina locale. Colazione al buffet abbondante e variegata, mentre il caldo viene servito da due ragazze gentilissime. Buonissima la posizione, a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. Ottima anche l'accoglienza e la sistemazione nella camera/appartamento. Personale disponibilissimo sin dai primi contatti via mail e soprattutto prezzi onesti.

I cuscini e il materasso. Per il resto tutto nuovo, pulito e molto spazioso.Abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, vicino al centro.

In entrambi i giorni del nostro soggiorno dal ristorante che si trova proprio sotto alle camere proveniva musica da discoteca a tutto volume con animazione fino a tarda serata, cosa che non è stata comunicata in maniera corretta dopo la prenotazione. I letti sono scomodissimi, con le molle che si ficcano dentro la schiena. Il condizionatore centralizzato impossibile da spegnere era così rumoroso che non ci ha permesso di dormire. La colazione è veramente di scarsa qualità, per quel prezzo meglio andare al bar. Un ospite lasciava un cane di grossa taglia seduto SOPRA al divano della reception che abbaiava di continuo, e le signorine non dicevano nulla, come se fosse una cosa normale.

Excellent Value Stay

This is probably student hostel. Excellent big sized rooms with balcony. Swimming Pool and good restaurant on site. Overall great value stay.

Superb

Friendly and service orientated staff. Rooms very clean and in a very good condition. Our Kids loved the pool, Parking very easy, even with a larger car. The Restaurant offers a good selection of italian food. We will book again for sure if the pricing remain on the same level.
