Café da manhã show! localização excelente! ótimo! Perfeito para famílias, para turistas, perfeito para conhecer a gruta e os pontos turisticos da lapa.

As portas dos quartos não funcionam perfeitamente, só fechava quando trancado por chave!

Classificar esse hotel com quatro estrelas é brincadeira. Não merece nenhuma.

Apenas a limpeza do quarto e a gentileza dos funcionários.

Ambiente superapertado (creio que, em torno de 15m2, quando informado no site que seria 32m2). Cana encostada na parede. O banheiro tem 1,05m de largura. Pia restrita. Quem senta no vaso quase bate a cabeça na parede da frente. Apenas duas tomadas no quarto. Uma alta, quase inacessível e para usar a outra era necessário desligar o frigobar. Não há janela no quarto, apenas uma esquadria de acesso ao poço de ventilação. Não há um objeto de apoio para as bagagens, sequer uma cadeira. Armário meio improvisado, sem portas. Fiação elétrica improvisada para o buffet do café da manhã, com risco de choque. Eu me senti ludibriado, pagando caro; como sofre o turista.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente à igreja. Colchões bons, televisão, ar condicionado e ventilador. O chuveiro também agradou bastante. Cafe da manhã muito bom.

O estacionamento do hotel fica nos fundos do hotel, sendo compartilhado com outros, sem definição de vagas. Fiquei hospedado no primeiro quarto do térreo, então o barulho da recepção incomodou um pouco. Por ser um quarto quádruplo, o espaço no quarto ficou um pouco comprometido.

Quarto pequeno para quarto camas não tinha nem guarda roupa nem um suporte para as malas justamente por falta de espaço. Pegaram um quarto que seria pra 2 pessoas e colocam 4

Pernoite em Bom Jesus da Lapa

Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Pra quem quer visitar a igreja a localização é perfeita, nem precisa pegar o carro.

Não ter estacionamento privado. O local onde tem pra estacionar tem câmeras de segurança, mas não é asfaltado. Nossos calçados ficaram cheios de barro/areia.

Friendly staff & comfortable room

Guests are very noisy and do not respect the silence after 10pm, staff should have handled that. Besides, the hotel is located on the plaza that access the Bom Jesus da Lapa Sanctuary, and this plaza is always full of people making noises throughout the night. This combination resulted in a bad night of sleep

Excelent regional breakfast. Well located and with good services. Safe neighbourhood.

The stairs may be a disadvantage for elderly people, but the staff is always prompt to help people out. Also, soon, ther will be elevator.

Awesome cost benefit!

The staff was great, we wanted to leave early so they prepared coffee for us even before the regular time.

The only thing they could improve is the parking. They currently have someone watching the cars, but it could be better.

Very good

Great location overlooking the city square in Bom Jesus, just outside of the church that is build inside the caves, which is the main attraction in the town especially on holy days. The breakfast was good and the staff was always helpful.

We had a room on the first floor, we wish we were one floor higher so that we could see the city square without the obstruction of the power lines that are in front of the hotel.
