Passable

It's a very basic hotel in a not very pleasant neighbourhood needing thorough renovation. Passable breakfast. One night had no power or AC for two hours because of some electrical issues.

Loved our stay

Breakfast was great, close to shops ,restaurants and transport network. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

No wifi in the rooms. Had to go to common room for access

Good

We booked two rooms, one family room and one double room. It was very clean. We liked the staff who was allways helpfull and friendly. Perfect location, easy to get to all attractions, and to the buss station and subway. We booked rooms to this hotel mainly for its location. Breakfast included - poor, but enough. Awful coffee but we could buy real coffee just around the corner.

Bathrooms were awful - very small, the shower in one room was dripping underneath and we had water on the floor all the time. Shower cabinets are very small. We had view on the street full of garbage and drug addicts. Very noisy area.

Exceptional

The location is great, very central and easy to get everywhere around the city. I was walking practically everywhere, no need to take metro or bus, everything is close. The staff are just amazing. There are 4 receptionists and they are all superb! The room was very nice and comfortable and the area was quiet at night, so you can have a nice sleep.

The curtain in the shower always sticks to your body when you are taking a shower, this is really annoying, so I decided not to close it. You can hear everything that is happening next door.

The hotel is located in probably one of the worst districts of the city.

Good location, close to the metro station and even by walk to thr city center Nice staff!

We booked a suite but got a regular room. I read many comments about surroundings and I dont think it's that bad. I took the same street every day to/back omonia square and never saw anything weird or irregular. But other street going in opposite direction from omonia were shady. As long as you dont go there you are safe and sound!

Very good

The hotel is only a two minute walk away from the nearest metro station Omonia, which is very convenient! The reception staff was very kind upon first meeting, and were very accommodating with my wish to leave my luggage on the last day. The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel in this price range, and it was good.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillow too soft. The room I stayed in was a bit small but it's fine for a solo traveler. There was an A/C unit outside my bathroom window which, due to the bathroom door not being able to close completely, sometimes did cause some noise to come into the bedroom.

Staff ok, hot water.

Location. There was abandoned buildings and drug addicts close by. I'm a male in my 40s traveling solo, and it was depressing. Families and single females.... Don't bother. The elevator!!!! Noise throughout the building all night and day even with earplugs hard to sleep.

Near the metro, a lot of shops just 5 min walk away. Room is cheap and you get your money's worth. They offer an average breakfast. Staff are very professional

Scary neighborhood at night. A lot of street dwelling people around the hotel's area feels unsafe. Streets near the hotel are also dark at night.
