Jamais procurarei por esta pousada novamente.

não pude conhecer a pousada, minha reserva foi cancelada antes de eu chegar.

Minha reserva foi cancelada por iniciativa da pousada no dia da minha hospedagem, às 20:28hs. Em contato com a pousada, simplesmente informaram que minha reserva (confirmada pelo booking) nunca existiu. Estávamos em dois casais e ficamos horas procurando onde pernoitar em um final de semana de alta temporada na serra gaúcha. A diária mais em conta que encontramos foi por R$ 700 reais por casal em outro hotel da região.

O custo benefício foi excelente.

O custo benefício para passar uma noite, por exemplo, foi excelente. Ar condicionado novo, cama confortável e chuveiro bom. O dono é super simpático. O quarto estava limpo, com bons lençois.

Pequenos reparos, como o chuveiro que sai água por todos os lados e novos travesseiros.

Paz e tranquilidade

Ótima hospedagem, funcionários atenciosos, em especial o gerente, café da manhã excelente. Localizado em uma rua tranquila e charmosa de Canela. Recomendo totalmente!! Obs: Infelizmente a piscina não estava disponível para uso devido as medidas sanitárias do Covid-19.

Lugar maravilhoso e lindo. Tudo muito top.

De tudo, a localização maravilhosa, ao mesmo tempo que é retirado da cidade fica muito próximo ao centro de Canela, lugar super silencioso, muita natureza, perfeito. Café da manhã top, quarto amplo e muito bem limpo e cheiroso, internet boa, equipe muito atenciosa, nos sentimos em casa de tão a vontade que ficamos. Parabéns a todos, amamos e iremos voltar com certeza.

A minha única observação, mas não é uma reclamação e sim uma sugestão, o frigobar deveria ser abastecidos. Mas a pousada tem um visa cooler em baixo que podemos pegar as bebidas, mais ficaria mais confortável se já estivessem nos quartos.

Bom custo benefício.

O bairro é lindo. A estalagem é básica, mas cumpre o necessário. Café da manhã ok e quarto confortável.

Nos incomodamos com o cheiro forte de fumaça da fornalha. Trocamos para o quarto da frente e melhorou.

A good stay. The staff is very friendly.

I like the neighborhood where it is located.

I have been many times to Estalagem Vila Suzana, but it seems no maintenance has been done in the late years. It requires fixing some leakages, to renew bed clothing, fix some windows that do not open/close easely.

Old place that needs to be renewed

Breakfast and shower. Breakfast is good, altouhgh the place does not have a very big structure, if the place is full and busy. Shower

The bed is advertised as a full bed, but in fact the bed available at the 2 rooms that we stayed are twin beds put togheter. In the first night the matress were awfull, very old and deformed. In the same room the heating system was not working properly and we had to leave the air conditioning on all night long, which was noisy. In the second night we moved to a second apartment, the beds were still 2 twin beds put side by side, at least the matresses were better and we could have a good night of sleep. The heating sysytem in this room was working well. I asked for the repectionist if they could turn the fireplace on as the temperature at night was around 5 Celsius degrees, we wanted to stay around the fireplace to talk and drink some wine, the fireplace was not turned on at nights, unfotunatelly it was only turned on in the morning when we were already leaving.

A very good stay.

The brackfast is amazing and the staff is very frindly and helpfull

Our room has not been cleaned in the second day. It seems that the guests should request to have the room cleaned, what I think is unusual.
