Convenient, quiet location with excellent facilities and comfort

I loved the location - I was two minutes from the sea, close to the central attractions, and could get anywhere in the old town in 5-10 minutes. It was SO convenient! AC was also excellent as was the bathroom. It was a comfortable, functional space close to everything, but removed enough to be quiet for sleeping at night. Great wifi too. Cannot say enough good things!

Idéalement situé et au calme ! Magnifique chambre

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans la vieille et près de toutes les commodités et les lieux de visites. Endroit très calme ! Tout est bien pensé et propre ! La salle de bain est grande et agréable ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Ne vous laisser pas surprendre par les communs et la place devant qui sont à l’opposé du magnifique intérieur !

Alles richtig gemacht

Einfach alles ist tiptop. Das Bad ist super groß, man freut sich nach einen schönen Tag in Zadar auf eine entspannte Dusche. Morgens den ersten Kaffee auf dem Balkon in der Sonne ist mega. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. 👍

Leider kein deutscher Fernsehkanal, war im Nachhinein aber nicht wichtig.

Few days away in Zadar

Location was really good - next to the forum and sea organ. Great for getting around the old town. 15 mins walk to Kolovare beach. Very modern bathroom. Host met us at the appartment and gave us some good tips for the town.

The apartment is in a perfect location in the Old Town of Zadar. Perfectly clean and all facilities to a high standard. The host could not have been more helpful or accommodating! All of her recommendations for food and excursions were amazing!

Great location 1min walk from Sea Organ and the Forum, good size of room, very efficient check in with Ivan, air conditioning, fridge in room.

Water pressure on the shower was poor. The fridge in the room may be an issue for light sleepers (not for me, I was glad to have it, just a tip for others)

Highly recommend!

Firstly, we'd like to say a big thank you to our host Ivan. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived early. He gave us great tips for the area and helped us settle in. The room was beautifully decorated and lived up to its luxury name. It is positioned in an excellent location just off the Roman Forum. It is far away enough from the lively bars so that it's quiet but close enough to walk. Near the sea organ where we watched the sunset every night. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

One of the only downsides was the smell left after we'd been using the shower. It lingered even after we'd been out for a few hours.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room is spacious, very clean, has all the needed facilities nearby, the Wifi is excellent, the bed was really comfortable and the owner is extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the rooms to other potential guests.

Nice for one day city tour

Right in the city center, close to sea organ(Although we didnt like it at all, it sounded like a whale was stuck under the pathway…)great spacious bathroom, very welcoming host

Extraordinary place in the middle of town

Ivan is extremely friendly. We told him via WhatsApp that we arrived and he came within seconds. The room was beautiful and there were water and little snacks provided.
