Place is great but staff made me feel like I was being demanding

Pool was great There are showers in the pool area to use after check out - great if you’re doing a hike after check out.

The facilities are not as described. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. When I kindly asked if there was another network I could try and join, because I’d booked the hotel so I could have a private room to call my family, the staff tried to argue with me and tell me it did work. Really disappointing. Also, in case this is a consideration - there is no “room service” or kitchen beyond breakfast. Only beer available at the pool.

la cercania a todos los sitios, sin tener tanto ruido de los alrededores

solicite desde la reserva habitacion donde no hubiera tantas gradas, y estando desocupadas varias en primer piso me dieron tres pisos abajo y mi estancia fue con una persona de 78 años a quien se le complicaba la llegada al cuarto, aunque hay rampla siempre es pendiente. Indique que si me podian dar en el prmer piso yme dijeron que estaban reservadas, aunque una la vi siempre desocupada y la otra la ocuparon cuando yo hacia check out. las demas no las vi

Magical place

My girlfriend and I are vegans and we got served a really nice vegan breakfast. The place itself is absolutely magical and Patricia is such a wonderful host. We wish we could have extended our stay but we are difinitely coming back.

Exceptional

Felt like a garden oasis in the middle of town. Amazing gardens, beautiful pool, rooms were more like lovely cabins with patios and hammocks. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic, just about two easy blocks from the main square. The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Jessica! What an awesome place.

Since arriving at this property after a long day trip from bogota, we were welcomed to a safe and unique and picturesque

The location was ideal in a quiet part of the town yet close to the centre and all amenities. The rooms are cozy and unique, each being surrounded by trees and flowers and stone walk ways. Hammocks located outside the rooms offer a tranquil respite. Breakfasts are served in a well situated outdoor space, and each day brings a local fruit juice, along with coffee or tea, eggs, bread, and other offerings. The staff are attentive and friendly, especially the manager Mauricio, who lends his expert advice on local activities and cuisine.

Despite the pool being tended to daily and being a highlight of the property, it was curious as to why the whirlpool jets could not be allowed on for much time during the day. It was discovered later, however, that this was more of an energy issue that was not localized to the property itself but to the area as a whole.

This is a very nice boutique hotel, with beautiful gardens. Our room was okay, the single beds were not comfy as hoped and the had kind of dust or sand. The bathroom was very nice with open shower so you can enjoy the sky. The breakfast was very decent. The staff should be more friendly and avoid asking what time are you leaving since very morning.

Staff behaviour. Cleanliness. Check out timing and breakfast. 11 am!!!!
