Pessima

Struttura con mobilia nuova. Vicinissimi dal centro.

Ho prenotato e pagato un appuntamento con 2 camere separate ed 1 soggiorno con divano letto, 2 bagni, con colazione, perché eravamo in 5, invece ho avuto un b&b con 1 stanza e soggiorno con divano letto ed 1 bagno.. le foto dell' appartamento prenotato non corrispondono a ciò che ho avuto. Guanciali, mal odoranti, biancheria per la pulizia dell' igiene personale non stirata e lacerata per non dire strappata. il soggiorno includeva la piscina riscaldata ma l'host mi ha risposto che per il prezzo scontato che ho pagato , la piscina era a pagamento, mah. Al momento dell check in non ha inserito la colazione ma ovviamente abbiamo fatto la colazione. Inesistente shampoo, bagnoschiuma, cuffia per i capelli, lavatrice, champagne, ferro da stiro, stendi biancheria, armadio per chi dormiva in soggiorno

Dimora Morelli, un punto fisso per le mie soste a Gubbio

Sono stato di passaggio a Gubbio e, grazie a Booking ho trovato questa accogliente soluzione per trascorrere una notte. Tutto oltre ogni mia aspettativa e, quando la mattina ho avuto modo di fare 2 chiacchiere con il Sig. Morelli, ho davvero capito che ero nel posto giusto, Camera spaziosa, upgrade gratuito rispetto alla soluzione scelta su booking.com ambiente pulito e tanta dedizione al lavoro di Host. Spesso finisco in postacci di cui non faccio recensioni (tranne che un B&B di Verona che meriterebbe di essere dato fuoco), ma, in questo caso, qualche minuto del mio tempo è strameritato!!!

se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca.... non c'era la nutella a colazione...

Bel soggiorno a Gubbio

Camera appena ristrutturata, molto carina,termostato moderno. Consiglio un bel topper alto perché il materasso è duro e per chi dorme di lato è un po’ scomodo. Colazione ottima, ben fornita

Pulizia della stanza buona, signora molto cortese e posizione della struttura buona

Per quanto riguarda la mia camera dovrebbero cambiare reti e materassi (notte pessima), sistemare e sostituire alcune cose tipo box doccia e porta asciugamani presenta delle macchie di ruggine.

房东Luca非常热情和友好，可以提供很多帮助。床和枕头很舒服，房间也足够温暖。其他房客在夜晚都很安静，因此睡眠很好。虽然卫生间在房间外面，但足够方便。花费4欧元的早餐非常丰盛，你可以喝到咖啡，果汁和酸奶，以及份量很足的热面包。房子离中心稍微有些距离，好在城市在夜晚也比较安全。距离对于自己开车的人来说似乎不算一个问题，但对于乘坐公共交通工具的人来说需要注意，因为从房子走到公交车站需要花一些时间。总得来说，这是一次非常温暖的旅程。

La camera apparentemente pulita e ben arredata. La colazione buona.

Il materasso del letto tende a convergere verso il centro. Il bagno discreto ma il piatto doccia era macchiato e gli angoli neri. Dava una sensazione di sporco

Posto carino dove passare qualche giorno, ottima posizione. Appena a 5 minuti dal centro di Gubbio

La stanza non ha assolutamente soddisfatto le aspettative rispetto alle fotografie, un po' antica.. ma niente per cui lamentarsi!

Arredo della stanza, muri un po' da verniciare..

Scoprendo l'Umbria

Vicinanza al centro, parcheggio disponibile, stanza calda. Non era stato preparato il letto per il bambino pertanto è stato fatto lo sconto. Diversi appoggi in stanza e in bagno. Colazione adeguata con brioches e torta fresche.

Ambienti interni, esterni, arredamenti e dettagli poco curati.

Great space, friendly host, beautiful hidden gem of a city!

Lucca was very helpful and dedicated to provide a welcoming experience. The room was tidy and warm (ideal for the cold weather), and the house was well equipped with anything one might need! Parking space is plentiful and the city center is just a few steps away! The breakfast was massive, and Lucca kept restocking me with fresh pastries as well :D

Nothing to report, all was pretty pleasant.

La descripción del apartamento. y las. fotos son súper mentirosas, no tiene. lavadora ni secadora de. ropa, realmente. no. sé cómo le han dado tantos prenios, deja. mucho que desear. La. dicha funcionaba mal, el lavatorio. se tapaba, etc

avoid if you are a pilgrim on the Camino

good size close to supermarket good kitchen but we were not told we could use it

uncomfortable bed too far from centre noisy motorbikes all afternoon ( racing stadium is very close) owner friendly but did not explain facilities average breakfast nothing like the photos

Breakfast good

Everything else. Dirty bed. Suitcase of another guest left in room. Paper thin walls, so could hear hosts taking loudly and noise all night long. Connecting door and toilet roll stuffed in keyhole. Stood over us whilst we had breakfast which was not pleasant, playing music on his phone

Great accommodation just a few minutes walk from beautiful Gubbio. Very nicely decorated rooms, with all the amenities and if you need anything you can go to the staff (Luka was always very kind to me).
