Lovely stay

Authentic. Very clean and comfortable. Love the inferior design. Lots of shops nearby and easy access to major attractions A lot of people was saying the stairs are steep and difficult to bring luggage. I brought a back pack so I did not have this issue. Yes it’s steep and narrow but it’s manageable. I think most Portugal accommodation are similar.

bom, mas podia melhorar

o espaço é grande e bem decorado

a área externa estava com goteiras na parte coberta, mato no jardim, sujeira. a limpeza do apto deixa a desejar. falta cuidado, de modo geral, ainda que seja um lugar agradável e de bom gosto.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een zeer sfeervol appartement

Het appartement is makkelijk te bereiken met de ondergrondse vanaf het vliegveld. Vanaf station Baixa-Chiado is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Dit station ligt zeer centraal. Bij aankomst stond Joana ons al op te wachten. Super lief. Joana liet zien welk appartement van de 8 het was. Het grootste appartement van 100m' ligt op de eerste etage. Een aantal steile tredes. Hele fijne,grote boxspring. Goede badkamer. Het is een geweldig en sfeervol appartement met een klein tuintje. Werkelijk alles is er aanwezig. Als het appartement nog niet klaar is kan de bagage bij de receptie, waar ook een restroom is, neerzetten. Dank je wel Joana.

Impecable departamento, totalmente equipado para vivir, muy limpio, prolijo, ordenado. Supero ampliamente mis expectativas. Impecable la atencion. La zona muy movida de noche, de dia tranquila, llena de tiendas y bares. Hay un supermercado en la cuadra

Nada. Pero a tener en cuenta: el acceso a los deptos es una escalera muy larga e inclinadisima, imposible de subir para gente mayor o con algun tipo de imposibilidad fisica

Beautiful place, excellent location

Really excellent experience: beautiful and very clean apartment, very central and clean. The hosts were very accommodating (my flight was delayed so I arrived late) and helpful. Would love to stay here again and would recommend to friends.

It wasn't an issue for me, but the apartments are access via a very steep staircase (with narrow step). So this could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. Also, although there were fire extinguishers in the kitchen area, I couldn't find a fire alarm in the apartment or hallway. They are a legal requirement in many places, but maybe not Portugal!

We had a lovely welcome - our apartment was lovely and bright. Plenty of space and nice and clean. A lot of steps up but we didn’t mind! We will stay again! Thank you

Very impressed with the place.

The spacious of the apartment as well as location.

The stairway was extremely narrow and steep and the door opening was extremely awkward to move luggage.

Excellent Mgmt Staff, Nice Locat, Steep Stairs

The staff was excellent. Great management that is onsite. They offered a late check-out as noone had booked it after us so we were able to go explore again. The apartment itself is large and well equipped, though no laundry. The location is very good right by tram 28 and near many good restaurants.

The stairs are very steep. If you're on the 3rd and 4th floor and have bad knees or ankles it'll be a rough climb Beds were average..

wonderful location - if you are not a light sleeper

perfectly located, beautiful, stylish and very spacious apartment, which had everything you need. Friendly staff

the bed creaked and the bar close to the apartment was a bit noisy, but with the windows closed it was ok, just a little bit of bass from the music.

great place to enjoy Lisbon!

Wonderful location in the center, but less touristic than Alfama, with many good restaurants, bars, bakeries and close to everything. Nice room with roof teras, with all you need for a stay. We’d definitely come back.

Quite narrow bed, a bit too old. it did not spoil anything, but a better bed would be appreciated. Stairs- not a problem for us, but for people with handicap might be an obtacle. same hold for trolleys, kids etc.

friendly staff and great location

the location is fantastic, very central and easy to get to. the staff were very helpful and friendly letting me store my luggage with a late bus.

there is a bar below the apartment. it can get very loud and without ear plugs it is not possible to sleep.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing and wonderful.

Fantastic apartment with 2 air conditioners, amazing location and well decorated in fantastic condition. Very comfortable and surrounded by excellent bars, restaurants and even a local supermarket.

The stairs are formidable and steep.

Comfortable, clean, cool apartment.

David and Joana were great. She even took our suitcases up THREE FLIGHTS of narrow stairs while we returned our car. Apartment was very comfortable and the air conditioning was great during the heat wave we experienced.

Great location, quiet apartment that needs some renovation

The location is just perfect, at the border of Barrio Alto, on the same road where the tram 28 is running. The window were facing the internal courtyard, so the apartment was really quiet. The beds are comfortable and having the air conditioning in summer is a real plus, especially during the (very) hot summer days. Communication worked very well and the host was super nice and gave us a lot of information. Internet works very well and is super fast, on the TV there are several channels available.

The stairs to reach the apartment are really steep, and is not really easy if you have kids, a lot of baggage or simply if you have mobility problems. The bathroom needs some renovation, there are several spots that you see that the humidity has made some damages. The kitchen is fully furnished with tools and pans, but we missed for example sugar or paper towels, that should imo be available. The apartment moreover is quite dark, since it has two door windows at the end of the two rooms and the balcony is more or less not so usable.
