Second stay. Again very happy.

My second stay before catching a flight the next day. The rooms have been clean and well kept and I would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable

Very convenient for airport but room only, no facilities.

Stayed here before and bathroom was great. This one was very small - difficult to close door if using toilet. Shower very small.

It was right next to the airport which was perfect for our short stay before our morning flight. It was also comfortable and good value for money.

Perfect location. The room was comfortable and pleasant.

The shower was great in the evening but there appeared to be a lack of water pressure early in the morning and it was difficult to control the temperature. This might be an issue for some people.

I would stay again

Lovely big room . Great location to the car park and airport . Very clean . Deceivingly comfy bed . Felt very relaxed in the room .

No shower curtain . The water went everywhere . I had to mop the floor up with the towels so I didn't get my trousers wet when using the toilet . No toiletries bar a small bar of soap? There should be shampoo as a minimum . Towels were hard and stiff. Mind u , you dried quicker with them ! Television on the wall didn't work so another was placed underneath it standing on a bath mat. As there was a (stained) sofa bed at the end of the bed ,you could only see half the TV from the bed . Needs new pillows , or needs three pillows per person as these were paper thin

Exceptional

Communication was extremely good leading up to check-in. Room was very clean, airy, and bright. Stayed for 2 nights and on the second day I was provided with clean towels, made bed, and more tea, coffee, and biscuits. Overall the room was a really good standard and perfect for my business trip.

Extremely handy for an early flight from Exeter airport

Location so close to the airport for an early flight. Easy communication with the owner to locate keys etc.

There was a very damp smell in the room on arrival however after opening the windows for a few hours the smell went away.

Excellent location just 100 meter walk. Room was very large with large bath on ground floor. Booking process was a little remote, no staff on site all via key safe etc

It was a bit noisy with people coming and going through the night and standing talking outside the door.

The proximity to the airport

You could slightly hear the traffic, but that's to be expected considering your near the M5, apart from that there was nothing to dislike about this property.

Clean, comfortable, and cosy

Stayed over for a business trip and was really very pleased with this overnight stay. It was clean throughout, very quiet considering it is next to the airport and slept very well in what was a very comfortable bed. Easy to park which was great. The communication was excellent and kept well informed right up to the check in. Will definitely be back when I am down that way again. Thank you to the owners.

Clean, tidy and comfy , perfect location, will definitely be coming back after my next trip

Location absolutely perfect as I had a long evening of travelling and I was able to walk there in 3 minutes from the airport, comfy bed , nice shower, quiet which was positive and able to accommodate me with my request of the check in time
