This townhouse in Soller a village surrounded by orange trees with beach and mountain consists of 214m2 habitable with two double bedrooms (one with dressing) sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or a family wanting a perfect holiday. The property has private garden, covered terrace surrounded by orange groves. The air-conditioned bedrooms have wonderful views of the Serra de Tramuntana. The kitchen is well equipped and modern (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc) and has direct access to the covered outdoor terrace ideal for alfresco dining. It has a very spacious and sunny room with air conditioning with two comfortable sofas and tv with USB to see their own movies. The house has two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi for four. the house gives hot water, central heating for the winter months and a large indoor laundry.

A lovely quiet corner of Soller, and yet an easy short walk into the square. The little terrace and garden make a peaceful and shady place to sit. Host was very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was rather cold and bare but probably comes into its own in hotter months.

It was our first stay in Soller and the second in this part of town. Lourdes is a very generous and attentive hostess. She kindly ensured we had everything we needed for our first breakfast and even gifted us a bottle of Cava! The house is the best equipped holiday home I’ve ever stayed at. The property is very spacious, much bigger than it appears on the photos. The outside space is lovely and the parking space is perfect. Getting to the town centre takes minutes on foot. We had a wonderful time, thank you Lourdes!

Great comms from Lourdes, who was there to meet us on arrival with a tour of the house and a lovely welcome package. The house is very clean and well stocked, and couldn't be in a better location - near to shops, bakeries, restaurants and square - but also very quiet and private. The pool was lovely to cool off in, and additional cost of the aircon was well worth it. Great to also have use of washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ and Netflix! Lots of indoor space, plus a great outdoor shaded area.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is so much nicer. The location is ideal! Just a few blocks from the square, shops, bakery, restaurants etc. It’s a quiet location too. The outdoor patio is spacious and welcoming, very large living room and eat in kitchen. All the cooking equipment you could image are available. Our host was magnificent! She was very attentive to our communications and questions. She is lovely. There was a robust welcome package of ham, cheese, rolls, butter, marmalade, juice, coffee, tea, wine, fresh oranges and champagne. There is a juicer which we used every day for fresh orange juice. So glad we found this wonderful property. Of all the cities we visited, Soller was by far the most lively and the cleanest.

We had a lovely stay here, Lourdes is so kind and generous! We arrived late afternoon, and she had bought us coffee, juice, wine, cava as well as other things, even biscuits and chocolate milk for our daughter. Mountains of extra towels and bed sheets in case we needed them! The house is literally a 5 min walk from the centre of Soller, so going for dinner in the evening with kids is perfect. We cannot recommend this place enough!!! Thank you Lourdes for the wonderful stay!

We had 11 great days at Lourdes place. It was perfect for a family with 2 kids (4 and 7) and the location in the village is as good as it gets. A 5-10 min walk from the square, but still in a very calm and quiet area. Clean, well equipped and it has a nice little garden and magnificent views over the mountains. I could recommend this place to both families and couples.

Gute Lage
Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Auch haben wir das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden und wurden von Lourdes sehr freundlich begrüßt. Tatsächlich sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Plaza. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal bei Lourdes und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic!
We absolutely loved the place. It is ideally situated, just 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the central market. Hiking trails begin literally at the front door. We were just 2 but even for a family of 5 the place would be spacious. It is very quiet, you only hear the rustle of the palm leaves and the lovely bird songs. Lourdes is a wonderful host. She welcomed us personally and came to say good-bye when we left. We were welcomed with fruit, Cava, chocolates. We felt really welcomed by Lourdes who is extremely kind and caring - a wonderful person.

Super Stay in Sóller
We spent a most enjoyable week in Sóller, staying in this lovely residence, run by Lourdes. The house is spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring this beautiful old town. Lourdes was such a good host, generous and friendly, and looked after our needs so well. We have very happy memories of our stay there.

A large comfortable home easy and safe walking distance from the centre of Soller. Lovely views.
We were happy here and would recommend. We rented another nice house for our first week and one thing that was better here was being close to the centre. Made everything that little bit easier.
The children enjoyed both the pool and the jacuzzi and the house has so much space overall.
On things we would have liked, I suppose an outdoor space to dry clothes (the top floor is used and works fine).
The house also provided welcome items which was a lovely touch.

Maison au centre de Sóller !
Nous avons passé une semaine à 5 (3 enfants) dans cette maison qui est à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Sóller. La localisation est très appréciable car il est difficile de circuler en voiture dans Sóller. Il y a dans la maison une chambre parentale avec un espace séparé pour un lit enfant et une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits séparés. La maison est propre et très bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable. Lourdes, la gérante, s’est adaptée sans aucun problème à nos différentes demandes de changement afin de nous recevoir. Elle est très arrangeante. À notre arrivée (tard le soir), elle nous a offert tout ce qu’il fallait (même plus!) pour être tranquille pour le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Le petit bémol c’est qu’il y a un supplément à régler pour la clim (que je n’avais peut-être pas vu dans l’annonce). En résumé je recommande vivement cette location ! Merci Lourdes

Lovely house in perfect location
We had a great 10 days stay here. Lourdes was so helpful - we arrived late but she was still there to meet us and when we had a problem with the aircon she was round within half an hour to fix it. The house is great - much bigger than the photos - and the little pool was so welcome in the heat. Really peaceful location but also only just over 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of Soller. Kitchen was really well equipped - more than any other self catering place I’ve stayed in - and Lourdes provided a mountain of towels for us to use! Would highly recommend!

Lourdes our host was lovely and showed us around and although we didn't speak any Spanish this wasn't a problem at all. Lourdes provided us with comfortable beds, plenty of clean fluffy white towels, a beautiful garden and pool that was taken care of by her father. The photos really don't do this house justice. It was so spacious and clean and perfect for our family of 4 (x2 shall children). Located 5 mins from town and perfect for discovering the island also. Lourdes was very helpful and lovely throughout our stay and attentive to all our needs. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

Good location and functionel house
The House is clean, functionel and Well equipped. We where there in october with our baby boy (8 months). The house had everything we needed for the baby, and Lourdes was very helpfull finding a doctor when he became sick. The location is perfect in a quiet area but very close to city center. The communication with Lourdes when very smooth and easy.

A very pleasant well equipped house in a lovely setting
The house is within easy walking distance of Soller's centre and has a great view of the hill/mountain ridge which surrounds the town. Lourdes was very welcoming, easy to contact, knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a lovely holiday, the walk into Port de Soller is relatively easy but not as easy as the tram. Don't miss the Picasso ceramics at the station and walks up to Fornalutx and beyond are recommended but require some energy. We found good restaurants in Soller. A peaceful spot.

The house was incredible. Spacious, well designed to rest. Suitable for those with small children as the hot tub/pool was not easily accessible. Very beautiful location, 2min walk from local bakeries, local boutiques.
Lourdes, was helpful beyond imagination! Due to our delayed flight we arrived midnight and she was there to give us keys. She was always there if we had any questions. You simply could not ask for more reliable person to look after your holiday home! Would go back just to stay there again! Thank you so much!

Great house in a great location!
This was our second stay in soller in as many years and we can honestly say the house is a treat. The location couldn't be better, quiet and secluded but only five minutes walk to the town square. The house was spotless and comfortably furnished, it also has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of proper utencils, sharp knives etc., something that is often lacking in holiday let's. The garden area is very private, the covered outdoor dining/seating area is perfect and the plunge pool a welcome bonus as daytime temperatures were in excess of 30°c for the whole of our stay.
We were made very welcome by the owner Lourdes and nothing was too much trouble, the welcome hamper was really good too, all the essentials plus a chilled bottle of fiz!
We would give the house 9.9 out of ten and the only reason it wasn't a ten would be the cost of the aircon, which we thought was a little steep!
We will return!

Una casa muy amplia con parking privado y con todas las comodidades a disposición del inquilino, Lourdes es genial, cualquier necesidad la resuelve enseguida (incluso una silla de ruedas como fue mi caso). La casa está a 3 minutos del comienzo de la Calle Lluna que es la comercial de Sóller y donde hay una buena verdulería, horno, carnicería etc.,tres minutos mas y se llega a la plaza que es el centro de la ciudad. En definitiva, una casa muy bien equipada y recomendable, pero lo mejor sin duda es Lourdes.

Een mooie woning op een leuke plek.
We werden opgehaald bij de bushalte door Lourdes, de eigenaresse van het huis en hartelijk ontvangen. Een volle schaal met fruit stond op het aanrecht, nog allerlei andere lekkere dingen lagen klaar en de fles cave stond in de koelkast. De verlichting in de keuken mag wel wat sfeervoller. Het huis is een prachtige uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen die je kunt maken en ligt lekker dicht bij het centrum van Soller. Wij hebben genoten. Maria, Marcel, Peter Paul en Mia.
