Beautiful historic building which has been tastefully repurposed into an amazing hotel. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was superb.

Tout était parfait. L hôtel est un vrai palazzo, avec une rénovation exceptionnelle. La quintessence du bon goût à la patte/pâte italienne. Le personnel aux petits soins. L accueil au parking digne d un 5*.

Rooms are a little bit poor in design and there is no sound isolation - it was really hard to fall asleep at the night.

First time in Genoa. Beautiful city. Hotel was one of my favorites.

Perfect bed, breakfast was lovely, the decor was exceptional, the building was unique.

Hard to locate. Some rooms have stairs.

Great hotel in Genoa's historical center. Nice salon on the 2nd floor and breakfast room & terrace on the 5th floor. Our spacious room had a nice view of the city. Quick walk to the waterfront and aquarium. Pleanty of restaurants, bars, and take aways in the neighborhood for lunch and dinner.

The breakfast staff was not so charming this time. Except the black woman, she was nice as always!

lovely place, hard to find

charming & comfortable

so hard to find for a visitor- was given partial directions by either metro or bus - chose the bus but once off at the stated location, I had no idea how to proceed further - took asking several people & eventually phoning the hotel (am international traveller with cell data turned off)

I would diffidently stay with you again

Most of all the great friendly staff at the reception, very helpful and knowledgeable, also I enjoyed the lounge are on the 2nd floor, it is a nice touch to the property

Stunningly lovely hotel right in the heart of the old city

A beautiful and comfortable hotel right in the heart of the old city with a lovely room overlooking a charming square. The staff gave us a very warm welcome. The foyer and the library are works of art in themselves.The breakfast is brilliant - on the rooftop terrace. What a fabulous hotel.

Not any drawers in our bedroom for us to unpack our luggage

Wonderful place to stay in fascinating city

Hotel is in old nobleman’s ‘palace’ with magnificent staircase & frescoes on the ceiling. Great breakfast on top floor terrace & library/sitting room. It is right in the heart of Genoa, surrounded by tiny lanes, little squares & surprises everywhere- churches, palazzo & so on.
