Greeted by lovely staff member who was very helpful.

Fabulous location. Close to everything, but very quiet. Amazing variety of breakfast goodies provided daily.

Best hotel to stay in

If you are looking for a hotel in Sorrento look no more! This hotel was amazing ; rooms extremely clean comfortable beds breakfast they provided for the room was fantastic! Our host Eduardo was so attentive and provided great recommendations. Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have traveled extensively.

Family room is good, Recommend for families

Very recommend for families! We stayed another one in Sorrento at the previous night for almost the same price and this one was totally better! We are a family of 2 kids and all we need is there. How much the food provided for free was incredible.

The price setting doesn’t make that much sense. Even the “family room “ has 3 beds and was definitely set for more than 2 adults, the original price is only for 2 -adults. We pay €25 more for a 7-year-old. Even the total price is fine, But This doesn’t feel good. You could have had a family price for everyone included at the very first.

Amazing stay at Cuore di Sorrento suites. We would certainly stay again.

Loved how modern and large the room was. Air conditioned and plenty of space. We were the only ones using the elevator and never had to wait for it.

The room was much bigger than expected and the amenities were very generous. There was food and drinks supplied for our stay which was unexpected. It was in a great location to access easily from the ferry and lift. The staff were amazing and very helpful in booking restaurants and general questions.

It wasn’t clear that there wasn’t a reception to check in. Not that we needed it but it would have been better to know what to expect.

A pleasant stay for a few days.

The location was great. It was close to water views and to get to ferries and shops and restaurants. The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. Chiara was efficient and helpful when we arrived. Friendly and nice staff.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I ended up with a sore neck and sore back. There was a lot of food provided but things like coco pops and corn flakes, packaged croissants, and lots of white bread isn’t something we eat. We tried a couple of things but they were not nice.

Perfect stay in Sorrento.

Eduardo greeted us upon arrival and was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we knew how to navigate around Sorrento, and he shared many recommendations. He even returned with Prosecco and limoncello! We stayed for 1 night but wished it was for longer. The location felt right in the center and steps away from everything but was surprisingly quiet at night. Very clean apartment, perfect for a couple. Grazie mille, Eduardo!

One of our very best vacation experiences!

The location is excellent, we felt very safe, the apartment very clean, breakfast was conveniently provided inside the apartment, and Chiara was so kind and helpful! We had an amazing time! We would absolutely recommend Cuore Suites and hope to return again.

it’s such a new, beautiful, upscale suite with everything we need for our stay. It’s meticulously clean, and tastefully decorated. The location cannot be better - walking distance to everything.

Good location, large beautiful rooms with a kitchenette

Perfect location, nice large room with a small kitchen area, beds are comfortable.

The kitchenette doesn’t have a dishwasher, only one pot is in working condition. Breakfast provided are store bought breads, muffins, cereal, milk and juice. Communication could be challenging due to only one staff can speak English.

Pleasant stay in Sorrento for a wedding

Location is excellent, smack in the middle of Sorrento, close to the elevator, the main restaurant/shopping road but in a quiet alley, so as to be away from the chaos. The room, on the first floor, is big and clean with ceramic tiles. A lovely lady brought us fresh croissants every morning, the fridge had milk, yogurt, juice, etc. and we had our own kitchenette which we also used for a quick lunch. Wifi is good.

View is on an alley, nothing to die for. Close to a restaurant's kitchen so you may hear some feeble background noise coming from it during the day and evening. First day we had a few mosquitoes but the host promptly provided anti-mosquito devices. The trick is to keep door/windows closed.

perfect stay in a beautiful, clean, well located studio apartment with excellent facilities

the location was fantastic. right I the middle of a network of small streets with so many restaurants to choose from and easy to get to Piazza Tasso, the marina and Corsa Italia it was spotlessly clean, serviced daily and breakfast was provided - lovely selection of items available in the room and replenished daily . two lovely balconies from which you can enjoy the sun and the coming and going of people. Deborah was incredibly helpful .

Large, clean apartment in the heart of Sorrento with privacy and everything you need!

The location is perfect. Tucked within a quiet street, you are away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets while still only being steps away. You can walk everywhere from your suite. The balconies were a nice addition to the suite, as is the kitchenette. There is even a stovetop which was really helpful for us travelling with a young child. The size of the suite was perfect for 3 of us. Lots of space for luggage and clothing. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. We always had lots of towels and soap. We didn’t have time to do dishes one morning and when we returned, all the dishes had been cleaned for us! They restock everything daily (cold water, snacks, milk, cheese, yogurt, bread, coffee...). We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside is the shower. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked. However, the shower heads need to be replaced or fixed. Water was only coming out of some of the holes and the pressure was so strong it actually hurt. Also, it would be nice to have an additional blanket for the bed. There was just a thin bed cover and a sheet. These were the only negatives. Everything else was great!

Nice apartment, good location.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Great location near beaches and restaurants.

Very hard to find the property initially. Walked around the streets quite a bit and had to ask locals where the property was with luggage. Better instructions from the host for location would be helpful.
