Air conditioning needed.

Location. Clean and tidy place.

Tv didn’t work no English channels No air conditioning faulty gate had to wait on two different occasions to get out of the premises.

Brilliant trip

Location brilliant, spacious apartment with large balcony with pool and sea view. The host was very accommodating when we had an early arrival and did as much as possible to help us. Insect screens on windows allowed us to ensure a cool night time breeze across the apartment which compensated hugely for no air conditioning. The apartment had a smart TV with many channels - including Ireland and UK movies and sport - and also from all different countries and was easy to use (this was unexpected by us and was a great find) Great reliable wifi which allowed some work when required. I will definitely use this location on my return to Lanzarote.

Not an issue for my family (children 10 & 14 years old) but there are many steps to the apartment will not suit some older persons and families with small children and buggies.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Apartment is very well located in Puerto del Carmen, very close to bars and restaurants and the beach. It is spacious, well-equipped and has a great sized balcony overlooking the pool and with views of the sea. It has full Sky tv English Channels including the Sport channels. There is also a great Mercadona supermarket close by.

There are a great number of stairs to be negotiated to access the apartment. There are over 80 stairs over a number of flights which were not too easy when carrying heavy suitcases! Older users of the apartment may have to be aware of this. There were no notes or instruction guidelines in the apartment for using any of the equipment. This would have been nice to have, especially location of supermarket. No plugs for bathroom sinks!

Amazing. The best few days!

The owner, Jesus, was incredibly accommodating and very helpful with all of our questions and requests. He even provided information prior to arrival with details of the best ways to get to the apartment and the expected prices of these options. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with extra pillows and blankets required. The apartment and bedrooms were always a perfect temperature. The shower is glorious (a rain shower!!) with great water pressure and temperature. The bathroom has two sinks (which for 3 girls was more than ideal for getting ready each day). The pool area was so clean and quiet all day, very peaceful. The location is faultless, this apartment could not be more central, it’s in an amazing location and the entire complex is gorgeous and beautifully kept. The next time I come to Lanzarote I will be staying here!!

Lovely last minute holiday, really great communication with the owner. Brilliant location.

Fantastic location. lovely quiet area. Immaculate complex and apartment.

The only fault I can pick were the ants in the kitchen that were quite problematic, ant killer had been provided (this is the only thing I can fault, everything else was fab)

An exhausting holiday, no sleep, sore sore legs and a very sore back.

Disappointing overall, apartment was spacious and pretty.

87 steps to the property - not made know on website! Metal window shutters act like radiators that are too hot to touch - no air con meant it was like an oven. Tv was there but apps were frozen, although cleaners had it working when we arrived. No pool beds, although other apartment complexes did. Oh and straining your neck to the left over the balcony wall is not our idea of a beach view.

Enjoyable stay with family and appreciated all the minute attention done by the host.

We liked the bodyboards and the outdoor dining on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. The thoughtfulness of the host was evident in terms of the things he had provided starting from beach toys to extra pillows, blankets etc. He was reachable and promptly replied to any query. The beach was right at the door step. The WiFi internet was satisfactory.

The bed mattresses were too soft for our liking. There were too many stairs.

Great value for money

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and nice. Its very close to the beach and everything was around.. wasn’t able to meet Jesus personally due to covid but he solved everything for us through whatsapp :) i had the best home-office ever for a very good price

I guess the pictures on the booking.com... the apartment looked much better in reality.

Comfortable stay close to the beach

A nice, spacious apartment which is kept nice and clean. Good location - close to all amenities and beach. There are shutters on the windows so the rooms are nice and dark to sleep in, and we also found it quiet at night. Our host was also easily reachable and made a number of excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Note pool isn't heated and there are lots of steps (all properties in this area will have lots of steps due to the slope of the hill)
