Beautiful holiday spent in a lovely apartment with a fabulous view of the mountains.

Good location, lovely apartment that is well maintained and really lovely staff.

Off season for families with babies, in season for partying

Perfect location for families once it is off season. Near the supermarket, near the beach, near the kids playground (jimbori), near the bus station, bakery and each room has its own private heated jacuzzi. Once it is the main tourist season, the property has some bars in front which I guess will not be suitable for families with babies.

Comfortable and affordable

We travelled with a 6month old boy and had a good time. This is a great place with a privat whirlpool which was fantastic! We had fresh fruits, and breakfast stuff like toast, marmelade, cornflakes, milk, coffee, etc refilled every day. Bus stop and supermarket are less than 5 min walking distance, beach around 10-15min.

located next to a street. It wasn't an issue for us. but worth mentioning.

Exceptional

The room was super clean. The host was ever present and the stuff were super nice. Cleaning is done on a daily and even drinking water is provided and all breakfast needs and even fruits.

This is our second time in the villa and we love it Our own Jacuzzi and fridge is filled up everyday with ham cheese butter milk juice jams, also bread and cakes. It is a very comfortable place to stay You want for nothing Staff are very friendly and courteous Will be coming again Thank you x

overall pleasant

very clean and tidy, nice air con, nice hot tub, nice fridge, nice rooms and bathroom.

wifi wasn’t as expected, couldn’t connect as connection was weak. breakfast was the same everyday, not much choice as is given in your room already and not buffet style. shower water pressure was weak.

The hot tubs need fresh paint. The meat was all pork. We wished we could have chosen turkey.

Lovely time and great host

Staff were lovely and property was great. Super close to the beach and the bus stop was just outside. Would definitely go back again if I find myself in Santorini.

Pleasant and easy for check in and drive around the island

Free parking, close to minimart and local restaurants, beach closeby too. Not too busy road compared to others area.

Wish there is a bigger pool or somewhere we can cool down and swim after long day ..

no hot water for 2 days even after complaining beds are not comfortable breakfast was a joke. just bread ham & cheese too expensive for what we paid

Nice & comfortable stay. Very helpful manager

Cozy apartment, spacious enough for 2 people. Private Jacuzzi and being the corner apartment, had full view of the mountain from the Jacuzzi & Sun Bed. Pavlos is super host, responds quickly, offers guidance, suggestions for what to do, how to do and he helps in many ways like booking 2/4 wheeler, food recommendations, etc. He also arranged for Vegetarian breakfast when we requested him2 days in advance. Super market & bakery is walking distance from the property. Clean beach is @ 15mins walk. Property offers Taxi service for Airport pickup & Drop, found it very helpful & economical.

better to book an appartment near to Fira

there is a privacy for every appartment & clean

normally I want to have an appartment with washing machine since we are always on the beach & the room has a jacuzzi but to my dismay we did not avail this. we also take a 15min walk from Perissa bus station to the appartment which is so bad, the road is not safe to walk& very narrowed pavements. only to find out that their is a bus station nearby the area which is called San Antonio & not the same as Perissa bus station. totally different!!! The receptionist must also need to speak English fluently! no exact time for breakfast, you always need to contact them.

Good place and location.

It was clean, great views, close to the beach. Facilities were as expected. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed that.

The apartment was too close to the road. Lot of road noise. Breakfast was poor as I paid extra comparied to other property just for the breakfast.

Wonderful stay in Santorini

Everything was amazing. Apartment was bigger than we expected. Accommodation was spotless every single day thanks to the cleaning lady, breakfast included and refreshed everyday which was an excellent plus. Nice to chill in the evening in own private jacuzzi. Pavlos attended to our every need, was so polite and helpful. Will definitely be back.😍
