Het had een prachtige omgeving, midden in de bergen!

Wij dachten voor 136 euro een prima tussenstop geboekt te hebben, maar het viel tegen. Het rook er niet fris, de bedden waren stuk, er waren spinnen en spinnenwebben. Helaas constateerde ik schimmel in de badkamer. Jammer genoeg was het ontbijt matig. Al met al, erg smoezelig, tijd voor renovatie. Hier word je niet gelukkig van…

Wonderful stay in the alps

Great location near grossglockner hochalpenstrasse and zell am see. Very friendly staff. Simple but clean and spacious enough rooms. Half board is up to the expected standard for the price. We enjoyed our stay for the night!

A coffee and tea maker in the room would have been great as well as some soap and shampoo.

A lovely family who is maintaining the property. Nice breakfast. Excellent location .. nice view from the hotel room.

Internet was not working, bathroom did not have soap, shampoo. Water did not go easily from the drain.

There is a lot of things that the accommodations can be improve in the future...

The breakfast was always great, but we miss frankfurter or more scrambled eggs ( we had 2 times only ).. Also the location really nice.

1. The wifi was really weak if its available, but most of the time it is not.. 2. The dinner itself always was really salty even if I do like the salty flavors. Also the portions was small. 3. The bed's matraces was really hard so the comfort was not top notch. We have been a lot of times in Austria but for this value of money we not got that we are expected unfortunately :(

value for money - but guests can ruin your stay

Beautiful location with stunning views. The house is well kept and has a ‘welcome home’ vibe. The staff is very friendly and work very hard to attend to all guests.

The fact that young children are allowed to run and scream through hallways and up and down stairs. Bring earplugs! Also, it can be rather invasive and just very inconsiderate to have young children run and scream in the restaurant, dump lego on the floor and start playing or sing children songs as loud as possible. Dinner was not the relaxing moment it should be and it was unfortunate parents nor the staff cared enough.

Pension in a wonderful landscape

The guesthouse close to Zell am See, Kaprun, Grossglockner, is at 1000 m altitude, in a very beautiful landscape, 5 km from the road. The room was spacious, bright, with comfortable beds. The large balcony offered a delightful view of the area. Very kind hosts, excellent breakfast and dinner, with local products, beef, mushrooms. Good quality/price ratio.

Location and Balcony are unbeatable! Cleanliness is TOP.

The smell when they cook, and the neighbors sounds since it has very old squeeshy floors. The very very tiny bathrooms.

Everything perfect... Location, breakfast, super clean

Breakfast was amazing. The stuff is super nice and the hotel is very clean and cozy. We just stayed 1 day, but if we go back to Austria for sure we would book the same hotel and for more days.

Perfect place for family vacation

Amazing place and surrounding. Tasty local food for dinner and buffet for the breakfast. Welcoming host. In the room you have everything you need for the perfect stay.

Outdated family pension

An outdated family pension in a lovely quiet location. Unfortunately this place is not a good value for money, there are better pensions in the area. We had different expectations based on the good reviews here. The entrance doesn't have any signage, we couldn't find it. The owners are very nice and helpful, but their English is limited. The owner was so kind and picked us up from the Taxenbach train station when we called him (taxi service was not available).

The rooms (1,3,4) were okay, bathrooms could be cleaner. Breakfast was too basic. TV didn't work. Lamps above the beds were unstable. Fans in the bathrooms are extremely loud. We stayed for 6 nights and our towels were not changed once. The views are amazing and all rooms have balcony, which is a plus. This place has a lot of potential if they renovate it. Tips for travellers: they have 2 types of mattresses, very old hard ones and softer ones (we had to change our room for that reason).

Nice and calm place near grossglockner hochalpenstrasse with nice view.

For its price really good value, clean rooms, nice view to the nature, small calm village, really nice and friendly personal.

Dinner should be not so heavy (3 courses - you need to have empty stomack :-D) Rooms are equiped with basic things, hairdresser is better to have your own.

Superb

The Hotel is good and amazing spot on the hill with beautiful view of the north face of Molltaler Gletcher. Clean, neat and the hots are making comfortable time to get some relax time; the wellness is amazing, all new with typical decoration of Austria.

We were alone and out of season at the hotel; we couldn't compare that out of the season with the real variety of the meals. OUT OF THE SEASON: breakfast good, dinner good (from 0 to 10 on score Bkft 7, Dnr 7). One thing is important to improve and work on it, the Host did not answer me booking.com's chat and I´ve wrote (typed) to them in two opportunities about time of arrival and wellness centre.
