Its suitable for outside visitors. Because you have to pay parking fee for your car.

The facilities around the hotel and nice location.

Parking fee is really wrong. Own customers they're collecting money for 3 SAR per hour.

للامانه موظفين النظافه وكذلك الصيانه سريعين الاجابه. وكانت الاقامه جداً رائعه

للاسف يوجد موظف او موظفين فقط بالاستقبال. والاستقبال غير مرضي حقيقه والامر الاخر ان يتم حجز غرفه عن طريق التطبيق وعند الوصول يتم اعطائك غرفه تختلف كلياً عن الحجز. كون اننى مسافر وبنفس الوقت معتمر اظطر بالرضى عن الحال حتى انتهي من هذي الرحله.

overall good Hotel Valued Money

Room was clean and comfortable and room service was also good. Bus Shuttle service to and from the Haram is available in every 30 minutes.

The room was not much spacious as expected. Beds covers the entire room.

Superb Hotel within a 30 minute walking distance to Masjid Al Haram

The affordability for the level of comfort. It's REALLY good. Staff were super friendly and speak good English. Breakfast services are available. Taxi rides right outside the hotel are available. Rooms were big and had multiple beds. Bathroom was a decent size and clean enough.

It wasn't dirty but it wasn't exceptionally clean to warrant a higher rating. This is just nitpicking though as I would stay here again in a heartbeat when I come to do Umrah or Hajj.

المكان قريب لكن المواقف والدخول للفندق فيه معانات وراحة الفندق غير ملائمة

رائحة الغرفه سيئة جدا والفرش فالارض كان فيه بقع ومصورها وريحه كريهة واذا طلبت احد الموظفين يجي ياخذ الشنط انا انتظرت ساعه عشان يجيني احد لين خلوني انزلهم ولا كان متجاهليني فعلا كنت منصدم من الصور الموجودة ولكن الله يعوضني خير .

موقع ممتاز قريب الحرم ،الطاقم ممتاز ، غرفة مريحه ونظيفه ،ممكن بنسبه 75٪؜ اكرر الزياره بس لازم احتاط واجيب اكلي معي من بر

1- السعر كان ممتاز رحت (26 رمضان 1445) كان سعره ب( 2434 )مع الضريبة ل 3 ليالي غرفه واحده بسريرين . 2- قريب للحرم تمشي 1.5 كيلوا وانت هناك ، او باص ترددي من الفندق الى محطة جرول والعكس على شان الوضع مره زحمه . 3- في مواقف للسيارات لاكن بفلوس اليوم ب (72 ريال ) للنزلاء ، يعني الساعه ب( 3 ريال ) كان جيد جدا بالنسبه لي . 4- الاستقبال تعاملت مع اثنين منهم :- - عند الدخول كان مهند : مهند جدا محترم استقبال ممتاز وخدوم زبطني في الغرفه . - عند الخروج كانت عائشة السلمي : عائشه جدا محترمه وتخدمك في الحجز كنها تخدم اخوها ( الحجز عندي في الاساس 4 ليالي بس الليله الاخيره مادفعتها لاني ماني متاكد متى باسافر ، قعدت 3 ليالي واضطريت اسافر حاولت الغي من الموقع عيا ، اتصل مافيه موظفين يردون وماقدرت اكنسل من الموقع ، فقلت مامعي الا ادفع والحق سفرتي ، كلمتها قالت لي لا ليه تدفع وانت مابتقعد ؟ حن نلغيها لك ولا يحتاج تدفع لليله الرابعه كلمت المدير وراسلت كم حد وزبطتها من عندهم والغت الليله الرابعه ) فبيض الله وجهها . 5- حقين خدمة الغرف قابلت اثنين جدا ممتازين :- - مااعرف اسماءهم الاول ( واحد يخدم في الغرف يتكلم سعودي شاب زي العافيه وده بس تطلبه شيء على شان يخدمك ) . الثاني ( كان عند مغاسل الملابس الي عند المصلى ظني مسؤول عنها جدا خدوم ومحترم ) . 6- استقبلونا بصحن فاكهه كضيافه . 7- فيه مصلى كبير ، مغسله للملابس ، فيه بقايل و كشكات في نفس الفندق عندك اغلب الاشياء الي تحتاجها حولك .

1- المطعم الي في الفندق جدا سيء : تسحرت فيه( الساعه 1:30 ليلة 27 رمضان )الاكل اشبه باكل مساجين الشيف شكله يطبخ مغمض :- * مافيه سلطات بس ملفوف . * اختيارات سيئة جدا للاصناف ، الرز والدجاج طبخهم سامج مااعجبني وهذا الشيء الوحيد الي ممكن يناكل (هذا وانا ميت جوع ماافطرت الا تمرتين وماء ) لو ماني تعبان مستحيل ادفع فيه ريال . * الجلسات الداخليه كنك في مطعم هندي عام 2005 تعبان صح ، بس الجلسات الخارجيه جيده . ((يفوز باسوء بوفيه قد جربته )) . 2- دورة المياه الشور يطلع منه الماء برا ، والسماعه حقت الدش كنك في حمامات الميقات بس يمشي . 3- الباصات مافيه تنظيم مضاربه على شان تدخل . 4- كان فيه مشكله بس مالهم علاقه فيها ، هي ان تطبيقات التوصيل ماتوصل للفندق لانه في حدود الحرم ( العشر الاواخر من رمضان ) والكوفيات والمطاعم يبغالها مشوار . 5- طلبت الاستقبال ملعقه قالوا ماعندنا رح للمطعم رحتله قال مانعطيك هذي بس للمطعم .

كان فندقي المفضل ولكن بعد اخر زياره قد لا تتكرر

قربه نسبيا من الحرم ونظافته

اصبحت مواقف السيارات ب 3 ريال للساعه وسابقا كان مجانا . أيضا الدحول كان الصباح وقت الوصول اما الان فالدخول اصبح من 12 الظهر وهذا مرهقا لاني مسافر من الشرقية عن طريق البر.

Très bon hôtel le personnel est top et les commerçants dans la galerie très sympa.

Chambre très propre, équipement suffisant Pensez à apporter un adaptateur de prise pour charger les téléphones portable ou acheter sur place. De nombreux commerces en bas de l'hôtel, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut! Les navettes il y en a très régulièrement dès qu un bus démarre un autre bus charge de nouveaux passagers. Très proche du haram même à pieds!

Chambre de 4 lits alors que nous étions 2 et 3 dans une seconde chambre. Lit de trop qui pouvait liberer de l'espace dans la chambre. Mais je n'ai pas prévenu l'hôtel peut être que si j'avais demandé on nous aurait donné un chambre double et non quadruple.

Showering water pressure was slow. Toilet shower were horrible. Although they fix it after one day we complained

A very satisfied stay and good value for money.

The overall stay was very good. Staff was super nice. The instant room services (for water, tea etc) were very quick as well as complimentary. There is a free shuttle service to and back from MASJID UL HARAAM. All basic need shops are very near amd walking distance to the hotel. We can wash our clothes free of charge and also air dry them. We asked for a late check out (1.5 hours late) and they allowed it without any issues. I can only recommend it and I will book it for myself again in future in sha Allah. Many fast elevators. Nice AC.

1. The rooms and lobbies can be better cleaned. 2. The shuttle service is very crowded at some points of time. 3. Rooms can have more electric sockets for charging mobiles. 4. Hair dryer and iron can be provided in rooms.

Selon le prix l’hôtel est intéressant.

Tout était bien les chambres bien propre confortable le personnel de nettoyage toujours présent je remercie mr ayat et mr marjan tres sympathie et toujours présent pour le nettoyage de nos chambres. Il y a un frigo et bouilloire de dispo dans chaque chambre, des essuies dispos, en échantillon shampooing conditionner savon aussi. Je met tout ça car souvent les voyageurs se posent des questions ce qu’on doit prendre avec soi?

Il manque un micro onde si ceci est dispo dans chaque chambre ça sera super, on avait des difficultés à chauffer la nourriture
