Decent stay for a night but would not recommend for a longer stay.

Easy check-in process and rooms were quiet.

The bedding was of very low quality, the pillows were so used and flat. The room seem to be more suitable for just one guest (only one stool).

Pay a little more and go somewhere nicer.

It was very quiet on the road. Nice to get around. Not too far from the American village. Bathroom was clean.

Lots of ants in the room. You cannot leave out anything cause they will attack. The Wifi didn't work most of the time. It was really hard to get in since there was no one at reception just a tablet to check in through but you will need to have internet to be able to access the QR code and pay. I booked a twin room but ended up with a double bed, but a small size double which was really awkward since I was travelling with my male coworker. Not a pleasant experience.

the bed was kinda soft very secure place

lt was dirty, it smelled, when we go there they told us we had to play extra for towels, 1000 for each towel, the blankets where dirty but when I looked into the closet to see if they had extra they where even worst then the ones on the bed, we where expecting a balcony but it really wasn’t one only one person could fit on the balcony at a time and it was so close to the next building someone could’ve climbed into our room

You get what you pay for, just a decent location

Honestly speaking the location is probably the best thing about this hotel. AV is just around the corner and the price is what you pay for.

I really enjoyed the hotel until they suddenly called me out of no where after a night of drinking because someone booked the room I was currently in. Apparently the room I booked was still being in use so they put me in a different room temporarily but didn’t inform me of that at all. The situation and bad management when it comes to managing rooms is what I didn’t like.

Good place

Clean, not as small as some places in Japan, easy checkin and checkout,, well equipped.

The shower tends to get colder if you use warm water for some time. Turn it off fora minute and you're fine again.

I will not be staying here again, poor service, and unsanitary.

The location wasn’t bad. It is close to the Sunabe seawall and a 20 minute walk to American Village. The size of the tv wasn’t bad either.

They charge pretty expensive for parking even though it’s not really used. I mentioned that I was double charged but then ignored. On the way to my room I noticed an awful smell in the halls. The rooms were okay, tiny but good for the price. However I noticed mold starting to form on the curtains of the shower, we well as the AC would not even cool down the room and I had to sleep without the blanket on.

It was very disapointing to stay there.

Its a DELUXE Appartment. Some curtains had no hooks so it was just hanging down. Beddings, sheets were dirty especially the sofa. I could'nt seat on it. Towels were not clean. The kitchen had very small old frying pans, the refrigerator had so much frost in the freezer. Had to defrost it. The management was not honest to the room we booked. We booked another superior apartment for 4 people but the room they gave was for 3 and it was very small. It was very disapointing to stay there.

Tried to include additional charges for parking not part of hotel, rooms advertised were not the ones recieved, broken remote for TV.

Superb

Just as the pictures! The staff was super nice and always replied quite fast. Around 15 min walk to American village.

The room was supposed to be for 5 but I think it was too small for 5 people. However The price was cheap so if you go with a limited budget I think it’s a good choice. We went for business and if you wanna use a laptop there is not a confortable place to work in the apartment. The wifi doesn’t offer a strong connection in case you wanna work, (I guess that I am used to Tokyo internet) but it is good enough if you wanna check your emails.

The interior is of very low quality and not properly maintained.

The kitchen and a private washing machine inside the room.

The kitchen and sometimes the air conditioner were stinky.
