Imagine, you start your vacation with an early flight, pick up your food and beverage for the next days in the local supermarket on the way and finally arrive at the villa, nicely located in the hills over Agni Beach. You see stairs of roughly 3 stories from the parking lot to the entrance and find an ELEVATOR for your goods and luggage.
The villa and the outside area are at a high standard and well equipped, the view is amazing, and you will find enough places on the property to relax, read a book, listen to your favorite music or sip a glass of Greek wine.
Jakob, the owner, gave an in-depth overview of the villa and recommended restaurants nearby, opportunities to rent a boat, beaches and sightseeing tips close by.
We enjoyed the week with friends and left with recharged batteries.
All in all, perfect!

Paradise Found!
Casa del Mar was even better than expected! The Villa is very clean, bright and has absolutely everything you need, the coffee station was better stocked than any rental we’ve had!
The photos are 100% accurate and the home has a lovely feeling to it, like your home away from home.
The pool area was gorgeous and very large with unbeatable views!
The location is quite central to Agni Bay, Barbati Beach and Ipsos with lots of bars & restaurants to choose from. Bahia Mar in Barbati was a favourite for great food, music, views and service.
Our hosts Judi & Jakob we’re so kind and helped us from the time of booking with great communication and quick resolution to minor problems. They also have a bright, well appointed apartment in Corfu town that we’d recommend.

Beautiful villa
Great villa with beautiful views. Villa owners very responsive and even dropped us off some extra coffee! Ideal to have a car as it’s quite a walk back up from the beach but only a short drive. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Sublime views
This is a gorgeous and comfortable villa with a wonderful pool area with breathtaking views. Although on a main road it’s very quite at night. You can’t really walk to anywhere but everything is easily reached in a few minutes by car . We very much enjoyed our stay.

A couple of niggles
Lovely property a little tired in places.We had a big wasp problem which we reported to the owner and were told that there are lots of wasps in the area, it's just odd we didn't come across them anywhere else on the Island, at times we couldn't even sit out to eat !!, Also it helps if you are a cat lover there are lots of them around the property.

Where shall I start...... I can't fault anything about our stay at Casa Del Mare. Judith and Jakob were excellent hosts and very hospitable.
This was a family retreat and it was perfect. We loved the breathtaking views. I could of sat there for hours looking out onto the sea, watching the ferries and yachts go by. Truly serene views. The sunrise was so peaceful to watch a memory I'll cherish forever.
The villa was exceptionally clean and very well equipped to all your needs. It is a child friendly villa. There's plenty of restaurants and a bakery near by. We hired a car to get around and I think it's essential if you're going to book this villa. Located in rural area corfu you're surrounded by olive trees and amazing views. I can not wait to visit again!

Corfu Casa Del Mare Paradise
Parking? it is a problem, let me try and explain,when you have to park the car in the villa parking we found reversing is the best way, to do this you need someone to stop the traffic on the main road for entry and exit.A very dangerous procedure. We overcame the problem by parking outside the villa in the laybye next to the wall of the villa.For guests say 4 or more small cars would be far safer one in the villa parking and one in the laybye. Having said this would we stay again at Casa Del Mare you bet we would it is fantastic! The Villa is very well equipped you need for nothing.Wonderful views down to Corfu Town and beyond. Jacob met us to show us around the Villa, as he built it and you can see how proud of his work he is rightly so it is finished to a very very high standard, Thanks Jacob and Judi,for a wonderful stay at the Villa. Fantastic we are already planning our next stay. Best Wishes Michael and Brenda ps did you get the payment for the wine we used? Please thank the House Maid for cleaning it was spotless.

Superb villa in fantastic surroundings
A wonderful week in stunning surroundings. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) but the best thing about it is the location. A wide expanse of sea opens up beneath the infinity pool and there are plenty of locations around the well kept grounds to soak up the view. Jakob and Judi are wonderful hosts; listen to their recommendations for some great tavernas in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa
The villa and views were amazing, owners were very attentive. However we didnt appreciate how hilly the area was so this hindered us walking to nearby restaurants as going was downhill and coming back was quite a steep incline. The taxi service was very expensive as there were six of adults and a baby which meant two taxis there and back each time we ventured out, however this was our issue and did not reflect the amazing stay in the villa. We would recommend this villa to anyone friends and family groups but unlike us hire a car...

We enjoyed our stay at the villa which is situated on a hillside with wonderful sea views. The villa was clean, well equipped and catered for our party of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We had dinner in Agni Bay where there are three lovely restaurants/taverna's, went to Corfu Old Town, Aqualand, used the watersport facilities at the nearby TUI Sensimar Hotel and hired a boat from Agni Bay for the day which is great fun.
We hired a car for the week which was essential for getting everywhere including Agni Bay.

We’ve just spent a week at Casa Del Mare. We had a fantastic time. One week wasn’t enough!! Judi and Jakob were very welcoming and the booking procedure was very slick. The views from the villa are amazing. Waking up each morning was heavenly. The gardens and infinity pool are great with shaded areas too if you prefer. One of the most important things for us is the beds were really comfy!! We shopped at Aphrodite in Nissaki, the family in there are really helpful and friendly and the children love their pizzas which they deliver. Overall we had a fantastic time. We were a little further from the nearest restaurants than expected meaning a car journey was a necessity for most evenings although there is a Taxi Company available you couldn’t totally depend on them to get you home. The 2 main restaurants at Agni Bay were outstanding for dinner . Corfu is having problems with disposing of rubbish ,not enough landfill and they need to find a solution sooner rather than later as it is left to pile up at several sites along main roads,not very nice. All said a wonderful 2 weeks,

True Paradise
Wow! What an amazing stay we have had at Casa Del Mare... the owners were very friendly and welcoming anything you needed they was only a phone call or text away... the view is just amazing a big wow factor... the villa is lovely spacious and exceptionally clean. Judi and Jakob have thought of everything they've put in so much detail including little soaps shampoo etc... we can't wait to come back!! A beautiful villa with fantastic views!
We have just returned from two fabulous weeks in Casa del Mare... and all I can say is: what a stunning place!
The views are simply to die for. The blue skies, the still sea, the albanian coasts at the far back and the cruising boats crossing slowly, Casa del Mare offers the most beautiful and peaceful scenery, no matter where you stand.
The house has all you need to spend a comfortable stay: it's spotless and light, with very high ceilings, the kitchen is pretty well fitted, the beds are very comfy, the bathrooms are spacious and the wifi works perfectly. The garden is very beautiful with all its plants and flowers and it offers different spots to relax or simply enjoy the view.
Judi and Jakob were always there when we needed them, gave us plenty of very useful tips and made us feel very welcome.
Corfu is a beautiful island: you surely have all those stunning beaches to discover but the mountains and their small authentic villages are also a must!
We had the best time really and those holidays were all we had hoped for.

Greatest place to stay in Corfu!
We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful villa. Judi and Jakob are a wonderful host an provided us with many tips and and recommendation, what to see and where to eat. The villa is in very good condition, very clean and has a beautiful outside area and breathtaking view at the ocean. For us it was a perfect fit and we will definitely come back. Stunning villa with amazing views
The best thing was definitely the pool area, which was just fabulous, and there were several seating areas which we used for different times of the day. The views are just amazing and constantly changing, and the pool was just the right size to have a decent swim or just a dip if you felt like it.The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, with cleaning done mid-week, loads of towels and toiletries etc. The villa had everything we would ever need with lots of great touches like candles, loads of bin bags and a great welcome pack and bottle of wine. It was a bit further away from Agni than we had hoped, which meant it was really too far to walk in the heat, but we got taxis a few times and it's easy to drive down and park as well. We hired a boat from Alex at Agni boats and had a great day out on the water. This villa was truly a real home from home and I would definitely recommend it to others for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful part of Corfu.

A holiday we will never forget
We were looking forward to staying at Casa Del Mare and all our expectations were met plus more! What an idyllic spot. The views, the pool, the amenities and the fact that there are numerous shady bowers to settle in and just relax and enjoy. In fact, it was hard to get out and about and explore Corfu. Everyone was just happy to lie around and enjoy Casa Del Mare. Judi and Jakob were very friendly and helpful and supplied us with a lot of local tips on where to eat and what to see. We certainly hope to return one day. Thanks for a wonderful holiday Judi and Jakob.
