I forgot some of my properties and they couldn't call me after checking out to inform me. I called countless time to inform them I forget my small phone, a torchlight and the charger, my medication and they refused to pick my call

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, friendly and nice staffs. Hotel is in the central of Ikeji Lagos.

The location

Everything was uncomfortable for me ,their management/maintenance is very poor,the bathroom was my last straw,the sink and shower 🚿 unit didn't have good drainage,water was stagnant and it was so uncomfortable bathing,there were no rags/clothes for wet floor,the bedsheet was uncomfortable and itchy,,the room had funky smell too.

Everything in general. No room reserved for me on the 29th, no manager to speak to. Environment very dirty.

My Theodawn Experience

The price was affordable. Within our budget limit

1. Poor parking 2. Run down facilities. Leaking taps 3. No intercom directory in Room 203, yet numbers were quite irregular. Like restaurant being 819, Reception 815. 4. Meals was exceptionally exorbitant for the quality and quantity served. 5. Management less professional.
