La Dimora di Caboto is a perfect place to explore Gaeta & nearby places like Sperlonga.

Central location & facing waterfront - perfect. Francesca was a lovely host- friendly, informative about the area & activities & attentive. Accommodation was spotless modern & comfortable.

Perfekt!

Die Lage ist perfekt und man hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Außerdem gibt es Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr nett und man bekommt ein Parkplakette, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer war auch traumhaft schön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen!

Francesca is a delightful host. She ran up several flights of stairs with our luggage and was very helpful with suggestions for local seafood restaurants and for day trips from Gaeta. Free parking is available in front of the building and in many places in Gaeta with a special pass she gives you. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room had a lovely view of the water and balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by. The town has several beautiful churches that are only open on certain days. The tijella (covered pizza) is a local specialty and the octopus tijella is fantastic.

There are many stairs up to the B&B but it didn't interfere with our stay.

YES - you want to stay at this beautiful B&B for the views, the breakfast, and the kind staff!

This is a gem of a B&B in the heart of Gaeta! The room is bigger than I thought, with everything one would need - and a stellar terrace overlooking the bay! The owners are very thoughtful - providing all linens, plenty of towels and toiletries, strong AC, TV, outdoor patio furniture, and even a small fridge mini-bar! The common area had water, tea, and small snacks available at all times. Note - the rooms are located on the 3rd floor so there are several flights of stairs to climb (no lift). Breakfast was a delightful experience! It was served on the rooftop terrace and was absolutely perfect! And the Lidos are just a 10 minute walk from here... truly, a great spot in Gaeta. Would definitely return to this wonderful B&B, and highly recommend it!

We arrived in the 18:00 hour, so parking was VERY difficult to find. We made several loops over the course of 15-20 minutes to no avail. My partner had to wait in the lot with the car while I ran up to check-in and get the key. We ended up finding parking several blocks away.

Loved the view and tailored breakfast! The people were very nice and very accommodating. The lady also helped us bring our bags down to the street level when checkout and they also provided all day free parking pass for anywhere in the region!

Location was excellent, hosts very friendly and gave the customers their privacy and you get a parking tag for your car!

The bed could have been better: the whole bed shoke when the other changed sleeping position. But that’s just me -picky sleeper!

We were received really well on arrival, and got a packing license so that the apartment could be kept up. The host was very helpful, with good advice on places to eat. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and with a wait beyond what was expected. The view from the balcony over the bay of Gaeta is beautiful and cannot be better. All in all, a great place where we would like to come again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great place with wonderful oweners

Very nice room with a fabulous location and small deck overlooking the square and ocean. Very nice breakfast and the hosts were kind enough to provide us a voucher for a coffee and breakfast at a nearby cafe when we had an early departing flight.

The bed was a little bit on the hard side. Although not a problem for us, some people might find the lack of elevator difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay and was surprisingly impressed by the quality of the accommodation.

Great location! The room has a sea view and locates in the center of Gaeta with 15 min walk to the old town, and 10 min walk to Serapo beach. Francesca and her husband are doing a very great job. Everything is very clean and nicely prepared for the visitors.

We loved La Dimora di Cabota. Our hosts were very accommodating. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and our room was cleaned everyday to perfection. We loved the balcony with the view of the harbor and Mountains. We bathroom was updated and the room was large! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved everything - the bed was alright- so that would be the only thing to improve. :)

Nice stay in a lovely apartment in Gaeta

Very cozy apartment with a nice balcony in the room. The fresh and warm croissants at breakfast were so good! Breakfast overall was very good compared to what you might get in Italy. Air conditioning was functioning very well. For a quick one-night vacation the location right next to bus stop was great.

It would have been nice to have a toilet / shower in the room, but guess that's just something you can't affect. If you're hoping to stay in the heart of the old centrum, from this apartment you will have to walk a little (but the distance is very much walkable). Check-in closes early.

Entrance to the apratments could be better marked in darkness. There are some works carried at the square in front and I found difficult to get to the right door. Finally I got assistance from Owner who come out and quided me :-).

We really enjoyed our stay at "La dimora di Caboto". The room was spacious, extremely functional, tastefully decorated, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. It was meticolously cleaned every day of our stay. Cosimo and Francesca are lovely hosts, ready to offer help and advices. Highly recommended!

Everything! The place is wonderful, the Ammiraglia room is the best: spacious,.clean, with great atmosphere, a marvelous sea view with spectacular sunrise on the sea, and the breakfast was just the best we have ever had. Francesca is the most wonderful host, a great great experience.

The only thing missing is an elevator, you have to climb 2 floors up the stairs which may not always be ideal with bags and all, however they're working on installing it soon and the place is well worth a little exercise.

We enjoyed a lot our short stay (only one night). The room and the bathroom were very clean and with all the amenities we needed. The staff was extremely kind, polite and friendly, giving us suggestion for our stay in Gaeta (where to eat, where to park, what to see). The breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended!
