Δυστυχώς, έχουμε πολύ κακό feedback από το ξενοδοχείο, για κακή υποδομή, παροχές, καθαριότητα, ανύπαρκτες ανέσεις. Καθαρή εκμετάλλευση της περιόδου της ΔΕΘ, με τιμές στα ύψη, χωρίς στοιχειώδη σεβασμό στους φιλοξενούμενους.

Daha önce de defalarca kaldığım otelin konumu harika. Temiz, kompakt tipik şehir oteli.

Odalar ve özellikle banyosu aşırı küçük, duş alınan yer minicik ve bu zamanda hala perde ile ayrılmış durumda. Caddenin gürültüsünden pencere açık uyumak imkansız. Otelden ayrılıp tekrar geri döndüğünüzde internet bağlanmıyor, her defasında şifreyi yeniden girmek gerekiyor. Kahvaltı salonunda suratı sirke satan genç bir kızcağız var, çay istemeye korktum vallahi.

Das Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkocher, Heizung nur mangelhaft. Keinerlei Schalldämmung. man hat sowohl von den Gesprächen im Gang als auch den Lärm auf der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße gehört. keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Nur oberflächlich geputzt, Haare auf dem Boden und an den Stehlampen.

Close to the city center.

Hotel does not have parking. They lead you ahere you should park, which is 15 Euro charging area. Staff does even help to show the place. Secondly, cards did not work and reception made us 4 times come down to change the card. No one help you. At the end, because she did not want to try, she changed our room. Beds are not comfortable, i think those are coming from 70s. Not recommended.

This hotel is right at Thesaloniki center Walking distance to most attractions We got a beautiful suite with big balkony to the city Each one of us got a queen size bed We were surprised to find that in this hotel serve Kosher breakfast - this is something very valuable for us as we strictly keep the Jewish kosher laws It was a great stay

The stay doesn't include parking - you either park on the street if you are lucky enough or pay additional 17 Euros for the parking The mattress were a bit hard and not so comfortable

Great place to stay at the heart of Thessalonica.

A classic city hotel with an excellent clean room and local parking for your car. Breakfast was amazing. All employees are willing to help you. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Soft mattresses would be better in terms of comfort. They are currently full orthopedic.

It was okay, but a bit more expensive than usual + no parking and hard to find one.

Location was great, staff was good.

There is no parking. Thessaloniki is crowded as it is and the parking was not saved for us. We spent 1-2 hours just circling the streets to find a parking + needed to move my car again since not all parkings work on Sunday.

Parking is next to the hotel

Lots of noise from car and late night motorbike traffic. It does not stop unitil 3 AM. Guest celebrating, allowed to make lots of noise in the middle of the night in the hotel (it is not an event venue) Not nice smell of food along the corridors on the floor 2.

The room was very noisy, because the windows were facing the main central road, the soundproofing was terrible, all the noise from the road was in the room, in addition, there was a terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, probably who lived before us, smoked right in the room, we asked the administrator to replace us with a less noisy room, but we were flatly refused and we were forced to leave this hotel in the middle of the night, as we wanted to rest a lot because the next day we had a flight, very disappointed the service, I’m sure they could find us another room(((

Good location

The front receptionist (guy at his max 30s afternoon shift 29/12/2022) was ironic and rude and not really willing to help with the parking. While the hotel team answered our parking request saying that there is also temporary space in front of the main entrance to help with baggage unloading that space was occupied by permanently parked car (the receptionist said ironicaly that was his ;) ). Considering parking the hotel does not own one, there is one private parking next to it. The prices are not better for the hotel guests (15 euros for 24h).

Don’t waste your money, never again.

24 hour parking nearby.

Very bad experience with the reservation department and Reception. I did reservation by booking, non refundable, but the hotel didn’t charged me the total amount, and during my stay, they charged me additional amount which was more than the total price I did reservation by booking. Cleaning workers very careless, early in the morning they made a lot of noise cleaning the other rooms, and you got the impression that you are in a factory and not in a hotel. Breakfast was very poor, it is not worth paying 10 euros, there are quite delicious choices near the hotel.
