Déçu

La gentillesse du personnel. Un bus public se trouve près de l'hôtel, qui met une demi heure pour nous amener au centre de San Sebastian.

La chambre était petite, le lit peu confortable. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon selon nous, d'autant plus que l'on n'est pas très près de San Sebastian.

No food available, went to friend`s house for breakfast.

Access to parking difficult / horrendous. Very steep road leaving an even steeper main road. Scraped bottom of car on entering, managed to exit without any other mishaps.

Perfect night in small place on our way to France.

No breakfast. Location is just fine when you are travelling, just for the night. The room was perfect, nice shower, nice people. Everything nice. Beautiful surroundings, lovely place in the middle of nowhere. Nice pinxtos, nice wine.

Perfectly enjoyable one night stay at Elizalde hotel

I booked Elizalde hotel on the same day of the stay and the staff bent over backwards to get us a twin bed room, despite scarce availability. All communication was clear (in Spanish) and timely. The welcome at the hotel was very friendly, the couple at the reception was extremely nice and gave some useful tips and recommendations on restaurants nearby. The room (202) has all the necessary commodities working, it was superbly clean and all ammenities work. The exit light on top of the door exists, but it is not disturbing at all for someone's sleep (it is a very weak light). Our room was also turned to the road, one can hear a bit of the cars passing but the road is not a highway so nothing to be afraid of. I recommend the Elizalde hotel to all kinds of public, from solo travellers to small families, because of its cleanliness, friendly environment and closeness to touristic points of the area.

Cost per night a bit too elevated (which can be explained by scarce offer nearby and summer period maybe).

Good value stopover driving back to the UK

The woman on reception was really friendly and helpful. The town is a little quiet. The modern room was smaller than I imagined but everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

If the hotel had bar it would be excellent
