Bra och trevligt

Bra läge, trevlig personal, stor och bra lobby där man kunde umgås även i en större grupp. Bra frukost. Rummet var bra och sängarna sköna.

För varmt på rummet, svårt somna eftersom det var för varmt. Hade ändå vridit ner ”termostaten” på väggen till lägsta.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, alle Bus- und Strassenbahnlinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes WLAN in allen Bereichen des Hotels.

Das Essen-Angebot im Restaurant ist unterirdisch und passt nicht zu diesem Hotel. Es gibt hauptsächlich vegetarische Gerichte. Preise im Restaurant sind stark überteuert. Nur scandinavisches Fernsehen.

Might consider this hotel for future trips.

This hotel was self selecting as we arrived by ebikes following our cycle trip and the tour operator had selected this as the last night stay. We elected to extend our stay. Hotel is well located just across the road beside the tram and bus stance. Room was basic but had what we needed. Breakfast was up to expected standard.

Room located at side of hotel. Some traffic noise at times and building works going on outside at times. Cleanliness in our view needs to be improved in room and transition / corridor spaces and reception lounge areas.

Great stay, highly recommended!

Huge family room, with also a living room. Nice forniture, comfortable bed, no noise. Strategic position to visit the city and to catch the tram to the ferry. Very nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

A kettle in the room would be appreciated.

Staff nice. Room adaquate. Parking is horrible - worst hotel parking I have ever experienced!

The parking garage designed for miniature cars not for normal sized cars used today. I tried to get my normal sized car into 5 spaces without success. Had to park next to a bike in the back dirty part of garage. Would have been impossible to get in or out of car and not damage my or adjacent car in these parking spaces.

(Party) central hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect

Did not realise there would be a noisy rooftop bar - be aware if you book on the weekend. Asked for a silent room when booking, but the music was super loud even on 4th floor with the rooftop on 7th. Asked to move but had to wait one day before it was possible. At least staff followed up and was helpful. Breakfast could have a much better selection too. Especially for gluten free options.

the staff was welcoming & helpful, the room was spacious, though the breakfast buffet has only little options but al

the hotel is located in the city center so everything is accessible & in walking distance. Their staffs were friendly.

what was unappealing was the road repair, and the parking area, it is too tiny and they dont have enough parking space for customers but all in all it was a pleasant stay, it is worth the price & definitely will book again with my family

Solid varint for travelers to Chalmers Universilty.

Very good location for thouse who are travelling for Chalmers University. There is 5 min free ferry right from the hotel. At the same time it's not far from centrum of the city. Breackfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Very long corridors on floors, it's like labberint. Nothing serios.

Basic hotel, with large rooms, friendly staff

Massive rooms, we booked the superior twin room, and requested a double bed on arrival, staff were able to give us a room with a king size bed and a bath! Bathroom had underfloor heating. Plenty of windows in our room. Sauna in the women's and men's change rooms in the basement level. Breakfast was quite tasty with many options.

You are not able to book rooms with bath options and king bed options, only twin rooms. Sheets were unfortunately quite rough, and the towels provided very small. Only shampoo/body wash combination provided, no moisturiser or conditioner. No kettle for tea/coffees in the room. No tissues or toiletries in the room. Breakfast only runs until 9:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends, which wasn't really enough time for us unfortunately. Housekeeping only comes every 4 days (can be arranged for everyday though apparently). Quite expensive for the lack of amenities in the room.
