Nice Place as a first step to explore CR

See view, green area around, spacious room, comfortable bed, sweeming pool.

Restaurant - very crowded during the weekend, noisy, lack of seats, meals were not replenished.During a week ok. Hotel needs small refurbishment and maintenance.

Osebje prijazno povsod, vse čisto, hrana super, kljub polnemu hotelu nikjer nič ne čakaš in nisi v gneči.

Najboljši ležalniki ob obali so kljub pisnemu opozorilu od 7h do 19h rezervirali eni in isti gostje.

Hotell med fin liten badplats

Jättefint rum med balkong o havsutsikt. Bra liten badplats o fint poolområde. God frukost o vänlig personal i receptionen. Stora parkeringsfickor i garaget.

Saknade poolhanddukar. Maten på buffén var inte så god.

Der Eingangsbereich und die Bar war gut. Es ist ok für ein Tages Aufenthalt und nicht länger.

- Ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man. - Servicepersonal sehr knapp eingesetzt - Das Buffet war nicht sortiment Reich

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub am Meer

Die Lage am Meer und die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

Zu wenig Personal und etwas veraltet.

Das Frühstück so weit nur immer das gleiche.

Das Hotel ist schon veraltetrt und renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer, Badezimmer wellnisbereich.

Z pewnością chętnie tam wrócę. Wspaniałe miejsce

Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje czyste, mieliśmy wyjątkowy widok z okna. Posiłki bardzo urozmaicone, genialna pizza wypiekana na miejscu. Bardzo czyste pokoje.

Nagyon korrekt félpanziós ellátást biztosít, italfogyasztás is benne van. Közvetlenül a tengerparton helyezkedik el, előtte van a buszmegálló. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet.

Glede na ceno nastanitve se splaca pridet,ampak ne več kot za 3-4 nocitve,ker potem postane dolgčas

Nastanitev uredu,zajtrk in večerja odlična.Lahko bi bilo malo več izbire krompirja ter lahko bi ob večerjah uporabili žar,ki ga imajo v restavraciji ter pekli po želji gosta.

Glede sladic in sladoleda bi se lahko boljs potrudili.

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, čiste sobe in hotel nasploh.

Obratujeta samo dve finski savni, skoraj vsak dan pa vrže ven glavno varovalko in tudi te dve ne delata več, hrana ni bila ravno pohvalna, vsak dan enako…

Svakao preporučujem.

Odličan smještaj.Prostrana i uredna soba.Osoblje veoma ljubazno i srdačno. Malo bazena,malo fitnesa i saune,odlična ,raznovrsna hrana.Sve iznad očekivanja.Dodatno iznenađenje bile su sobe s pogledom na more iako nisu bile rezervirane.

Близько до старого міста, чисто, петс френдлі

Не дуже зручно паркуватися коли приїздиш, немає місця, нічна парковка у паркінгу +20€ до ціни, старуватий ремонт, вихід до моря не для маленьких дітей, не зручні душові приладдя ( прикручені до стіни, пусті).Ціна/якість не відповідає. Номери які виходять на вулицю, дуже шумно, вночі некомфортно спати.

Ho richiesto camera silenziosa e sono stato accontentato. Staff sempre gentile e professionale. Cena abbondante, varia e per tutte le esigenze. Colazione super. Orari dei pasti perfetti.

Vse je bilo super, prijazni ljudje. Razen pri wellnessu z bazenom bi se lahko malo bolj potrudili in segreli vodo v bazenu, ter samo ozračje v prostorih.

Masaža ni bila možna. Hladno na bazenu.

Außer der Lage ist nichts außergewöhnlich. Das Restaurant hat Bahnhofshallen-Charakter.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Der Meerblick einfach toll.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schade, daß man in diese tolle Landschaft mit der tollen alten Architektur im Umfeld solche Betonblöcke bauen darf. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht so toll. In unserem Badezimmer klebten fremde Haare. Auch der Wasserhahn in der Duche/Badewanne war zum Teil defekt. Das Restaurant (HP gebucht) hatte das Flair einer Ostblock-Fresshalle. Laut, übervoll und das Essen war typisches Warmhalte-Buffet und somit selten genussvoll. Besonders die "Nebenkosten" haben es in sich. Meine Lebensgefährtin und ich hatten in der Hotelbar ein Glas Wein und ein Bier bestellt und bar bezahlt. Fast 17 Euro! Erst einen Tag später habe ich die Rechnung kontrolliert und bemerkt, daß uns der Barkeeper 3 Getränke in Rechnung gestellt hat. Hoffentlich hat das nicht Methode. Die Parkgarage kostet 17 Euro/Tag. Noch besser aber die Gebühr für unseren 2kg-Hund. € 22,- pro Tag. Das hätte uns noch gar nicht so gestört, aber wir durften nicht mit dem Hund ins Restaurant und mussten auf der Terrasse frühstücken und essen. Wenn die Temperaturen passen ist das nicht schlimm, aber an einem Tag hatte es 13 Grad, Wind und Regen. Wir sind ein ein nahegelegenes Restaurant gegangen. Das Essen war besser und der Hund durfte auch mit. Noch lustiger war aber unser Erlebnis, als wir nach 22 Uhr das Hotel meerseitig verlassen haben. Die Türen ließen sich von außen nicht mehr öffnen. Außen an den Türen klebte auch jeweils eine Information, daß die Türen um 22 Uhr verschlossen werden. Beim Rausgehen selbst ist keine Information ersichtlich. Vielleicht sollte man doch beide Seiten der Türen mit dieser Information versehen - wenn man einmal draußen ist, ist es zu spät. Wir mussten durch stockdunkle Nacht um den halben Betonbunker über Stock und Stein gehen um über den Haupteingang wieder in unser Zimmer zu gelangen.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem gut gepflegtem Hotel mit schönem Wellness-Bereich

Extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich, saubere Innen- und Außen-Pools Super-tolles Frühstück Sehr schöne diverse Aufenthaltsbereiche an der Bar, an der Pool-Bar, auf den diversen Balkonen. Sehr hübscher privater Strandabschnitt

Tauben, die auf dem Frühstücks-Balkon von (sehr vereinzelten) Gästen angefüttert wurden und somit teilweise auf den Tischen herumliefen, während man am Buffet stand.

Perfektes Hotel für jeden etwas, super Lage

Zimmer sind in Ordnung und halt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (BAD) aber Bett war perfekt, Wellness ebenso perfekt und Pool´s ebenso!

Super erholsamer Urlaub am Meer!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super, da fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt, man kann direkt am Strand entlang km weit spazieren!

jetzt im Herbst waren nur sehr wenige Liegen am Strand und leider auch keine Auflagen dafür.

Excellent hotel!

Great location, beautifull view, excellent food and staff!!! They prepared us take away breakfast because of the early check-out. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

The building outside a little bit old and the private beach is small.

A very decent hotel but underused outside the room/restaurant package due to overpriced extras.

Spacious hotel with a wide range of facilities. Very good food (breakfast, dinner) for a mass tourism hotel. Excellent indoor pool area. Nice, communicative staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping.

Overpriced drinks - on par with the 5 star Ambassador in nearby Opatija which makes no sense. As a result the main bar near the reception was never seen serving anyone and guests during the dinner time were either boycotting or ordering water or sodas. The same goes with pool services - excellent facilities for massage etc but prices were off-putting. €300 a night for the stay was just about acceptable but the extras went over the top.

Good seaside hotel to explore the greater Lovran and overall Istria regions!

Great location right along the seaside and easy walking distance to Lovran town centre!

The building itself is not the prettiest, some of the fixtures in the bathroom are dated and clearly could do with a renovation. Parking in the garage is very expensive at EUR 17 per night. Free parking in the town is possible if you can accept a longer uphill walk to these car parks. Overall a great property though!

Dirty hotel without maintenance of the building. View from the room on dirty roof direction to the street. Smell and noise from the cars and motorbikers. Very basic breakfast without fantasy and some additional value. I wanted to book for the next night their 5* hotel, but after this experience never property from this company.
