Goede locatie voor overnachting vlak op route naar het zuiden. Helaas niet helemaal wat ze beloven

Mooie kamer. Ruime badkamer

De bar en het restaurant waren gesloten. Het bubbelbad kon niet meer bubbelen en was in feite dus een gewoon bad.

Prima Aufenthalt ! dasHotel ist empfehlenswert!!!

Frühstück war prima! Selbstgemachte Marmelade und Brot! Gute Käseauswahl aus regionaler Herstellung! !Sehr Nette Bedienung durch die Chefin

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber allerdings etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. durchaus weiter zu empfehlen! Würde dort wieder übernachten!

everything was perfect the hostess (Ingrid) is delightful, professional, helpful and AMAZING pastries all the staff are great and breakfast is delicious definitely worth every penny we booked the last minute (same day booking” it is a bit far away but its perfect if u have a car and need the solitude and peaceful envirnment

The breakfast was amazing. Also the mattress. The location is good if you want to get away.

The bathtub was not always hot. I guess too many people wanted to use their spa facilities at once. The stairs to our room were VERY steep which can be a problem for older people/dogs.

Exceptional

The lady of the hotel was most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The ambiance of the entry and dining area is wonderful with many objects of interest. The hotel grounds are lovely and there is a lake nearby with a good walking track.

We love the spa bath and the style, also very calm and relaxing environment and friendly service

Only minuses the lack of AC in the room and some of the breakfast fruit was not quite fresh, also could offer more veggies, otherwise large choice

Wish we could have stayed longer

Everything was wonderful - the hotel had beautiful details no matter where you looked. It felt homey. The breakfast was delicious and special with many homemade items. Pate and meat-n-jelly were to die for! We stayed in the Clockmakers room which was very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed some wine in the backyard and took a stroll to a nearby lake. We only spent one night there, it was not enough time! :) Hope to be back again sometime and to learn about the history of the home and the owners.

the room was heating up a bit. There was a good AC in the room, yet it would have been nice to also have lighter bedcovers for the warm nights.

Generuous hospitality, large space both in room and bathroom, many well-designed and lovely details everywhere in both, rich breakfast with "home made" ingredients.

Good host and a very pleasant stay in the country

Location was in the country and yes there were cows grazing in the field while we ate a delicious breakfast with local cheeses and home made breads and smoked salmon as well as home cured bacon with the scrambled eggs. A good variety teas and coffees. The evening meal was a based on fish in a lots of different ways. We had John Dory with Hollandaise sauce with potatoes carrot mix and creamy cabbage. The dessert was a choice of chocolate mouse and cream brûlée and something else with coffee and mints . A deep sleep was had in a King sized bed and a refreshing shower with hot water to wake up to. A good stop to end our break

Friendly place in Flanders

Friendly reception by Flemish lady on a kind of farm like place in Flanders. Excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from. Normally we dont take it, but this is not to miss. Nice big room.

Only a friendly remark: The landlady should tell in advance what can be expected taking the breakfast. She did, but i missed the eggs because already i already had homemade bread, ham, cheese and marmelade.

B&B not a Hotel with overpriced food

Room was nice & parking & wifi but it’s NOT a Hotel, it’s a B&B they only open the Restaurant when it suits them, even closed on a Friday night at the end of April.

We only booked this place because it’s advertised as a Hotel but it’s a B&B in the middle of nowhere, they sent us a message to inform the restaurant would be closed just hours before our arrival, after the free cancellation period was closed. We asked about getting a simple meal locally because we had been travelling all day & would be the next day but we’re told nothing close. They offered to cook us a meal, we asked for something simple. The Chicken dish provided was nice but we were shocked to be charged 44 EUR for 2 portions the next day as we checked out. They had offered us a welcome drink, we asked for 2 beers & they charged 9 EUR for that also ! Don’t order anything at this place before you ask the price. Their excuse for the high price was it’s ‘high end’ food & a special Belgian delicacy Vol au Vent but they forgot the pasty case !

great weekend spot!

a reformed farm a with beautiful structure and natural surroundings. Super friendly and professional staff, with a passion for the sector. lots of decoration details that belong perfectly in the atmosphere of the hotel. Good parking facilities. You find a little attention in the room when you get in. very quiet place

a bit out of the way, you really need a car but that's the idea!

A quirky country hotel with excellent facilities and tasty food

The breakfast was wonderful, lots of homemade and regional products. Very well organized, especially considering the times we are now living in.

We had the dinner arrangement, which was very much appreciated especially in these times. Again the food was very tasty. The only minus point was that we were offered a dessert but it was not pointed out that this was not included in the meal price, we had a nasty surprise upon checking out that this was considered an extra.

Very friendly and discrete hosts and service. Great food even with thé Corona restrictions. Thé very nearby nature park for a good walk.
