Det var et godt hotel. Fint værelse/ God service/venligt smilende personale.

Lydisolering.

At der ikke var fyldt op til morgenbuffet. Blandt andet morgenbrød. Juice anlæg kom der vand ud af, kunne godt være skiltning på dem der kun var vand i, selvom der stod juice. Æblejuice var der intet af, selvom det var med i udvalget.. Udover var det Ok buffet.

Plads til forbedringer, og en snart tiltrængt renovering. Super restaurant med rigtig god mad og venlig opmærksom person

Central placering Dejligt med restauranter in House

Meget udendørs natstøj med råbende folk på gaden/torvet. Alle vinduer var lukket, men der var rigtig meget støj som først sluttede omkring 4.30. Kl. ca. 6.30 startede restaurant neden under i stue etagen med udendørs musik☹️ så ikke mange timers søvn den nat.

Jeg tog derfra virkelig frustreret over at man ikke advarer mod værelse 406. Receptionisten foreslog at jeg bad om et an

Absolut ingenting.

Varmt og indelukket. Jeg boede på værelse 406. Virkeligt skrækkeligt. Jeg var totalt eksponeret ud mod atriumgården, hvor folk sad og røg og snakkede, så jeg kunne ikke have vinduerne åbne. Mærkværdigt at man tillader rygning i 2024 på matriklen. Der burde advares mod værelse 406 når man bestiller. Meget urimelig behandling af en kunde.

In Summe war es okay, beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Restaurants.

Badezimmer ohne Duschwanne und sichtlich renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr laut in der Nacht durch Gäste und Passanten.

Thema Restaurant: Frühstück war in Ordnung. Im Hotel Restaurant "Jacobsen" war das Essen Sehr gut - kann weiter empfohlen werden. Thema Hotel: Liegt sehr gut, in wenige Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof (ca. 5 Min. beides)

Thema Hotel: eine 4 Sterne Hotel ist es in unsere Augen nicht, ehe 3 Sterne. Thema Frühstück: eine Abwechslung der Auflage (Wurst und Schnittkäse) wäre wünschenswert, wenn man mehr als eine Nacht bleibt. Thema Zimmer: Beim Duschen wurde das Badezimmer überflutet. Sollte angeblich vor 2-3 Jahren renoviert werden - Fehlanzeige - Zimmer allgemein etwas zu klein und kein Minikühlschrank, für eine 4 Sterne Hotel sollte es vorhanden sein. Das Zimmer wird ganz schnell warm von der Sonne, aber keine Raumthermostat, im Sommer kann man es nicht aushalten. muss dringen renoviert werden. Thema TV: leider wurde kein Deutsches TV gezeigt - ein Grund nicht nochmal hinzufahren für uns.

Good location for what we needed

Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty, staff in the restaurant were helpful

No fault of the hotel but there was a load gathering in the car park behind the hotel that kept us awake on the Saturday night

Stueetagen med atriet, receptionen og beliggenheden i byen er virkelig fin, der var god atmosfære.

Værelserne lever slet ikke op til ankomsten. De er kedeligt Indrettede og slidte, en indretningsarkitekt eller måske simpelthen en ombygning ville gøre underværker

Good, but not quite up to the high standards of previous stays.

Having stayed at this hotel several times, my wife and I know what to expect from the rooms. Typically 'Danish' and minimalist. Fairly small, but adequate rooms.

On this occasion, there seemed to have been something of a recruitment drive, and the knowledge level amongst the front of house staff was (naturally) lacking. They didn't seem to have much support from more experienced colleagues/managers, giving these new staff - and customers - not the best experience.

Great place to stay if you like body fluids from other guests

Close to the train station

Very uncomfortable beds. Pillow smelled weird, bed was like lying on a pile of bricks. I woke up everyday with a sore back. Visible dirt on the carpet like rocks and gravel. Blood on sheets Mirrors has stains on them Asked for cleaning and it didn’t happen until day 2 of our stay. I hurt my foot on the door stopper which is in the middle of the room for some reason. No way to change the temperature in the room. It was hot and stuffy and smelled bad. The curtains were water stained. Smells like smoke even though no smoking allowed. This property says it is a 4 star hotel but it’s definitely not. There was no safe in the room, no minibar even though the wardrobe says it contains one, no phone to reception. This establishment have clearly gained a star and then removed all the amenities that gained it that star rating. The wardrobe doors were barely on the hinges. It was scary to open. We stayed in the junior suite.

Good alternative to staying at Bilund

Nice location, friendly staff and clean well presented room. The restaurant is great too. Perfect day trip from here to Lego House Bilund.

Would have just liked a bit more floor space than the large wardrobe

Not very friendly

Nice location and nice facilities. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby the lovely town of Vejle. Located right next to the train station with regular intercity trains to Copenhagen.

The attitude of the staff was odd and not friendly - I also witnessed other guests cheking in and out and the same attitude. I felt I was a burden and I will probably not use this hotel again. Also, if you cant provide a picture ID at check-in, you have to pay a vast penaltry of 2.500 DKK ("security") which is very odd and not usual for hotels in Denmark. Stated that "this is how we can check who you are". I replied that this is very unfriendly and odd given that the hotel has every data in the universe about all guests and that we pay in advance etc. I had to show a picture of my passport in my own country!! Also the room was very small and the TV was almost not possible to work out. Simply no access to "normal live TV" Everything something complicated on the screen about paying extra for Disney-channels etc. demanding for the guest to leave even more personal information and payment. I gave up even though I have paid to be able to see BBC news etc. Those kind of live-channels was not available at all - not even normal danish channels. Only film channels and lots of lots of rubbish. A cheap way for the hotel to ensure the guest pay even more money. Breakfast could be bought for an extra 125 DKK which is a massive amount to pay on top of the payment for the hotel room. Again all in a non-friendly atmosphere. The toilets in the lobby could only be used if you as a guest got a special code form the reception - again everything reflecting an atmosphere of control, mistrust and non-inviting for the guests.
