Viesnīca ar vēsturisku šarmu

Ļoti skaista viesnīca, plaša vannas istaba (pieejams ne tikai šampūns, bet arī kondicionieris!), atrašanās vieta rokas stiepiena attālumā no "Lielā Dzintara".

Skaņas izolācija nav sevišķi izcila – vakarā varēja dzirdēt kaimiņu sarunas. Brokastīm nav ne vainas, bet šāda kalibra viesnīcā gribētos malkot svaigi spiestas sulas, kā arī plašāku ēdienu izvēli.

Brokastīs maza izvēle. Liekas, ka olīvas, salāti, šampinjoni bija izbērti no Lidl paciņām/burciņām un salikti bļodās. Nebija ne pieklājīga sieru un gaļas izvēle, ne putras, ne dārzeņu izvēle. Sulu glāzes sen bija jānomaina pret jaunām - vecas un saskrāpētas. Kafijas automāts neatgādināja 5 zvaigžņu viesnīcu. Viesmīles neprofesionālas, novāc šķīvjus zem degungala, neko nepajautājot. Recepcijā atvadoties nepaprasīja, kā patika uzturēšanās. Numuriņš oda, dvieļiem bija dīvains aromāts, gulta izgulēta, putekļi ne visur bija noslaucīti, TV pults netīra, apakštasītes kafijai noputējušas, kafijas automāts istabiņā netīrs, vannas istabā auksti. Absolūti neatbilstoši 5 zvaigznēm un 100 eiro par vienu nakti. Mana pēcgarša - briesmīgi.

Not worth it

I love the interior design and the view.

The restaurant is terrible at the hotel. On the first night we arrived, we ordered chicken nuggets from the kids menu for our 2.5 year old son, and he got raw chicken. It wasn’t noticeable because the outer layer that was breaded got fried but inside it was completely raw and pink in color. He didn’t realize because he was too hungry and too small, and we didn’t suspect because it was a 5* hotel so we didn’t pay attention. He almost finished the whole big piece after I saw it. The same night and next day was terrible for us. It ruined our trip and made us cancel our further plans, incurring huge costs. We asked the hotel for refund of our one night stay but didn’t get a reply yet. Moreover, the breakfast is extremely poor for such a hotel with almost no options. Absolutely nothing for vegans except very limited fruit selection. Even vegetarians or people who don’t eat pork can’t enjoy breakfast. It’s just not worth to pay for the hotel so much for what they offer. The staff at the hotel is very unpleasant and rude. They haven’t been trained on customer service and preferred to clean over taking our order and got annoyed when we asked 3 times if we can order when the restaurant was empty. One of the waitresses said we need to hurry up because they close the kitchen but then they didn’t wasn’t to take our order for 20 minutes. The customer is not their priority they just want to go home as soon as possible. If you want your holiday to go smooth avoid this hotel.

Harbour-warehouse turned top hotel

We breathed the history of the place, an ex red-brick warehouse, and enjoyed its location right on the harbour for our sunset walk. Note that the restaurant has excellent choice of food and drinks.

Głęboko rozczarowujący.

Bardzo ładny hotel, ciekawie urządzony. Z duszą. Niezłe śniadania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Eleganckie wnętrze i 5 gwiazdek do czegoś zobowiązują. Nikt nie posprzątał pokoju pomimo wielokrotnych próśb. A jeśli już była gotowość to podczas naszego pobytu w pokoju np. o 19.30! Kontakt telefoniczny z recepcją niemożliwy. Nikt nie podnosił słuchawki. Bezpośredni kontakt z recepcjonistką (Pani Elina) przypomniał mi stare czasy. Pomimo młodego wieku Pani Elina okazała się arogancka, butna. Nie potrafiła lub nie umiała rozwiązać problemu. Uśmiech i słowo przepraszam są Jej obce. Nonszalancja w całej krasie. Uzupełnieniami herbaty, kosmetyków zajmował się przedstawiciel security. Rozmowa telefoniczna z menagerką hotelu nieznacznie poprawiła wrażenia. Zaoferowany voucher na nastepny pobyt, jako forma rekompensaty został tak zaanonsowany przez Panią Elinę jakby robiła to wyłącznie na polecenie przełożonej i z pewną pogardą.

Izcilas brokastis un ļoti laba viesnīca. Ideāla atrašanās vieta. Skaists interjers.

Prasītos pēc sporta zāles, pirts kompleksa. Varbūt nevajag izīrēt kazino telpas, bet iekārtot tajās pašiem savu SPA?

Breakfast was absolutely perfect. If you want to enjoy a luxurious breakfast, you should come to the promenade hotel in Liepāja, they even offer a glass of prosecco there. The staff was super friendly. Beautiful interior.

The walls and ceiling were super thin. I heard a person walking heavily and loudly in the room above me until 1 am. Even the bottles in the mini bar rattled, I also heard him coughing loudly. The bed creaked even with the slightest movement. Beautiful but really dark room.
