Très bon séjour avec un bon emplacement

Hôtel d un bon rapport qualité prix,très bien situé en ville proche du centre et de la gare terminale1 des bus ce qui permet de rayonner éventuellement sur l’île ou d aller sur les îles avoisinantes tel que Khao phi phi par exemple. Le petit déjeuner est classique et un peu répétitif mais bon et il y a quand même du choix . La piscine est assez grande et agréable et on peut y nager par contre l’espace bronzage est plus discutable. De nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité ainsi que des loueurs de motos et scooters

Espace bronzage pour les amateurs est un peu limité mais il y a les plages!

L’emplacement était correct pour la old Town Mais c’est tout

Aucuns services , l’équipe parle très peu anglais , nous avons pas eu de savon pour se laver le 2 em jour , et le frigo ne marchait pas . Les toilettes étaient sale et les lit absolument pas confortable . La piscine n’avais pas de transats

Met all my criteria for a budget hotel.

I requested a quiet room on arrival and was put on the noisy corridor next to a lift with multiple ac units outside the window, on request the hotel moved me to a quiet floor, so this was very welcome after 24 hours of travel, room was large and spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day but I usually don’t need my room doing so just left the sign up. Location is just 5 minutes walk to the centre but this is the old town so it’s not as noisy as the other side of the island, it’s more chill and laid back. There is a pool and a gym on site but I never took advantage of either of those. Breakfast was plentiful buffet service with staff cooking some eggs to order otherwise there is plenty to choose from.

No complaints, any issues were dealt with prior to settling down.

Beautiful rooms, top location

Really helpful staff and huge, clean rooms. Well decorated, nice towels. Staff were happy to help us print (at a cost) and even put an extra chair in our room on request. The pools are quite nice and the location is close enough to walk into Old Town but there is zero noise at night. We loved our stay!

we were asked if we would like to upgrade which obviously we said yes and the room turned out to be worse than the original that we had paid for, bidet got stuck on and couldn’t turn off, AC wasn’t adjustable

Location is nice, quite close to city center, good looking restaurant for breakfast.

Very poor quality facilities and very small facilities in room. Almost nothing, very old. Soundproof is very bad. There are many hotels in Phuket much better and for same money.

the room was unclean , I found the hair on the pillow and handprint on the wall , the faucet on the sink washing was flawless the staff very poor, and impolite no service mind they just sit in the counter and do nothing !! I couldn’t believe why they received 4stars racking!! from Booking.Com no more next time

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

In the bathroom the taps were a bit wobbly, not properly fitted but worked fine. Sometimes the hot water stopped working for a couple of minutes with isn't so nice in the shower.

Good position and adequate price.

Very clean and spacious room. The bathroom was big enough and comfortable. I appreciated the position, very close to Phuket Old Town.

Overall, the venue is a bit old especially compared to the expectations based on Booking pictures. Unfortunately the room smelled bad (just old room smell), particularly when turning the A/C on.

restroom kinda old and little sinky, little over priced for what I get, service is okay, I book for pool access view room but they gave me one with not a nice view , how disappointing, will stay in other hotel next time that cheaper and nicer.
