Awful

The staff , never was spoken to when entering the building , when my room was cleaned they moved all my belonging into the wardrobe, they also at my last 2 bourbon biscuits that were left on the side table

3 functions one stay

Great location for the train station. Lovely room and helpful staff.

Possibly the smallest en suit I have ever encountered. I recently stayed in a caravan with a bigger shower, toilet sink combo. My 12 year old son said he could perform 3 functions at once! I’ll let you guess.

Great location, comfortable and comparable value for money

Great location, short walk into Chester Centre. staff were welcoming and friendly. rooms were very spacious and reasonably clean. bed was very comfortable. all the usual amenities like TV, hairdryer and tea & coffee facilities were available along with ironing board and iron

Slightly tired decor but still nice. Not that I didn’t like it, but the shower and toilet room is an all-in-one pod, which takes a little getting used too especially as it requires a fairly steep step up into and out of (slightly awkward if you are on the mature (stiff) side and possibly if you are of a large build) but the shower worked well so no real complaints and I did get used to it

It is only a short walk from the station. Reception staff are helpful. Beds are very comfortable.

Stairs as husband is on crutches. That has been sorted for next time as there is a ground floor room but somebody was in it.

Good location for town centre, room was clean.

Cramp bathroom, very poor mattress, no air con. No breakfast as advertised on Web sight

Fair won't be going again

The beds wew comfy

That there was no proper restaurant, no bar & the so called ensuite consised of a toilet & shower next to each other in a tiny cubicle. Not impressed for th price

Good value for money. Room fit for purpose and great location right next to station.

Looked after our cases when we first arrived, provided maps, very hospitable. Showed us how to get in and out. Easy and efficient experience. Beds super comfy and fit for purpose.

enjoyed the short break

Bedroom was a good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room. soap and shampoo provided Helpful polite gentleman on reception, carried bags to the room.

Radiator didn't work, so no heating, was chilly. Not enough power points only 1 double. Bathroom very small. No breakfast available, (cafe a few minuates walk)
