Inolvidables vacaciones

el "Servicio del personal", agradecemos a Lía y a Gaby, Carlos, Ángel, Jhony, Jessica, Pedro, Yalissa, Julio, Mariana, Gume, Ramón y otras personas que no recuerdo el nombre, si no fuera por el trabajo excepcional de todo el personal, sería un hotel común como otros lugares

que estaban construyendo parte del hotel, lo bueno que es por remodelación y mantenimiento

En general, muy buena calificación, si se adquiere la tarifa de acceso al piso 9°. Las vista Súper.

El hotel ya es un poco antiguo, se nota en los pasillos del edicifio y en las habitaciones, aún así, camas muy cómodas. Por la tarifa que pagamos tuvimos acceso al Piso 9° del hotel, Club con bebidas en la tarde, eso fué muy agradable y la opción de poder estar en la alberca privada solo adultos, Gracias Ignacio!!!, la atención del mesero Ignacio fué de 100%. Con esa misma pulsera podiamos desayunar en la terraza, Exepcional!!! Rafael el mesero, Súper amable. Buen desayuno y buena comida.

1. El Restaurant de Especialidades Asiático, Horrible. Muy mala experiencia, mal trato de los meseros, pedí una bebida y no la quisieron preparar, se negaron a preparar una rusa, mala comida, tardadísima, poca cantidad y lo más desagradable, olía mal el lugar, a humedad de trapo sucio. 2. Tener que escuchar la platica que dan, sobre hacerse socio de los hoteles y tener la opción de viajar en los planes de socios o tiempo compartido, no nos interesa pasar mas de una hora en esto.

Wonderful stay for our family of four!

The people at the resort were so courteous and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met! I love that they offered us bottles water throughout the day and anything else we needed! We were served lunch and drinks throughout the day at the beach too! So attentive!

Fun Family Trip

The breakfast was wonderful and it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

I wish they had a buffet available in the evening. The restaurant were good but if you stay more than 3 nights, it gets repetitive. We didn't leave property for dinner because our 6 year old was exhausted after playing in the sun all day.

Finde en Vallarta

La atención es muy buena, el personal es muy amable y la comida es rica y variada. La alberca es amplia y con buena profundidad para la familia. El área de camastros es muy cómoda y el área de camastros es amplia. La cevicheria es un muy buen acierto para el lugar tiene muy buen sabor.

Que se tiene que pagar por acceder a la alberca de adultos.

I loved the view from our rooms. The all inclusive alcoholic drinks and mariscos. The air conditioning in the rooms & beds were comfortable.

When I checked in I was over charged for my son and I included him in my reservation? Staff member was not very concerning and still over charged me 2600 pesos. When in the restaurants some of the waiters were not very attentive we’re standing around and not checking back with the customers. Everything they sold was super expensive $30 for a sunblock is outrageous.

I will never stay at a Fiesta Americana ever in my life.

Location and some staff members

I was charged at check in and then again at check out. If i didn't had the funds i would have been stranded. Both my kids got food poisoning the first day of our stay after eating at TianTang. We had to leave the resort to seek medical attention on our second day. We couldn't Enjoy the rest of our stay because both of our kids had fever vomiting and diarrhea. When brought up to staff we were told that the food was not the problem and that our kids were just not used to the weather which upset me a lot. The receipt sent to me included an amount of $63 dollars in tips which i find absurd since we tipped every single person who served us during our stay. Las but not least our check out was at 12:00 pm and our flight was at 7:00 pm. We have stayed at multiple all inclusive resorts and they usually let us use facilities even after leaving the room for check out. In this case we were told we have to pay an additional $50 dollars per person if we wanted to use their facility which i think its absurd. Overall i will not stay at a Fiesta Americana nor recommend to anyone.

Pleasant but could have been better

Big buffet Good choice of food except for the Italian Staff was courteous and friendly always very helpful. Edwin and Antonia in the breakfast buffet were amazing.

Perfect Birthday Getaway!

Location and staff were wonderful! They went over and beyond to be hospitable and the location couldn’t be beat! It was secluded enough that crowds were minimal or non existent. :)

The separate tiers or private areas. If someone pays all inclusive it should be so.

it’s an exceptional resort with beautiful property, beach, and okay food.

the rooms were nice and the AC in the rooms was awesome after a day out in the heat and sun. the resort is beautiful inside and out. the beach is clean and wasn’t busy so that was nice when ya went down to swim there. The beach staff we had (Yanni, Luis, and Jessica) were amazing!

the food was decent for all inclusive and the drinks were good. the persistence on sitting down with you for a half hour to talk about the membership and time shares or whatever they were. 90% of the guests are t interested but they called me at 9:30 the one morn to meet on it and then she stopped me two days to ask me if I wanted to look at it, but with another staff person. I’d also skip the massages in the spa.. that was a total wast of time and was more like a rundown. my friend said his was the same.

the breakfast was mediocre at best , no tortillas really, the vip veranda was a waist and disappointment to your regular clients.

Well for starter we didn't get adjoining, Second of all the pool was green, third i went over to the ceviche bar and the service was terrible, my wife had similar experience over at the place south of the pool! The hotel sent over an email to my wife how things were going and she told and the next day i got pulled in after a day out on the town, really embarrassing ( lady Adriana Colmenares) general manager brought me into her office and asked me if we were happy and said "no"! Mrs. Colmenares in a nut shell told me on easter week to basically if you don't like it go somewhere else, that she would only charge us for one day, we got there the day prior at 4pm it was know about 4-5 pm she further said i can charge you the whole stay, but i wont? ( confused ) i further explained that we were use to staying at better place with entertainment and better food service although we don't stay at the hotel because were on tours events, etc, i went back to the room discussed with my wife that wasnt happy and we booked at the Villa de Palmar recieved adjoining rooms and the quality of food and pool were great, Thank U Villa de Palmar. We probably could of stayed there and made it work but i really felt as if she kicked us out! When i went to check out she charge me for a day and a half not really even 26 hours based on when we got keys to room! I was so disappointed for me and my familly i will never recommend fiesta americana or any related chains to friends or family! I travel every 3 months and Stay at nice places like the Rui Palace, Casa Grande, villa de palmar, Estancia, but you have failed as a company thank Sal Rodriguez

Location was fantastic and the hotel staff was wonderful and warm. They were very welcoming!

The quality of food and cocktails could've been better. To get the higher end cocktails, you had to pay extra daily and go to the adult pool area.

I was underwhelmed with our stay and seriously considered checking out to move to another location.

The breakfast buffet was good and consistent each morning. The staff were very friendly, attentive and kind. The proximity to the beach and ocean was very nice.

The lunch buffet was quite disappointing and the restaurants in the evening were mediocre for taste and quality. My patio had a dead plant on it and the furniture was covered in bird poop. The room felt outdated and run down.

Nice, but I bit expensive for what you get

The location is convenient - close to the airport. The beach wasn't bad, but the Pacifico is definitely not a beach you can swim. Food at the buffet - breakfast and lunch - is ok at best. We enjoyed most the Cevicheria, and both Asian and Italian restaurants - the ones you need to book in advance. The room is comfortable with a very nice view of the ocean. There is not much entertainment at the hotel - which was fine for me and my husband. However, we had an incident that - although promptly handled by Alma, the Guest Service Manager - it's worth mentioning for all travellers out there. ALWAYS take extra precautions with your belongings, cash especially. You are vulnerable to falling prey to bad-intentioned people when you spend the day outside of your room in an all-inclusive hotel.

Price-wise, I think it's a bit expensive for what we get. Food at the buffet is ok at best. There is not much entertainment at the hotel - which was fine for me and my husband but can be a bit boring for people looking for more action. And just a warning for all travellers out there, in very tourist countries (like Mexico), you can never get too comfortable with your belongings. Watch out for the money bills you bring with you. Again, you become vulnerable to bad-intentioned people when you spend the day outside of your room, especially when it comes to an all-inclusive stay.
