Bardzo ładny hotel, w samym centrum miasta. Co prawda byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, ale bardzo polecam.

Nach einer anfänglichen "Instandsetzung" war es zweckmäßig und angenehm.

gefallen hat uns die Lage, die Ausstattung (bis auf die Küchenteile, die eher mager waren..) , Gestaltung, die nahen Einkaufsmglichkeitenund die nahen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten (Lund ahoj). Interssanter weise hat man von den an und abfahrenden Fahrzeugen auf dem Parkplatz auch bei offenem Fenster kaum etwas gehört.

Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Abendsonne schien uns durch sehr verdreckte Scheiben entgegen. Die Fenster schienen seit Jahren nicht von außen geputzt worden zu sein. Mit einem Aufwand von etwas über einer Stunde, Spüli und einer Rolle Papier wurde das von uns selbst erledigt, das sollte nicht notwendig oder üblich sein. Es gab zwar eine Spülmaschine, aber nicht ausreichendes Geschirr und Gläser, um sie überhaupt anzustellen: die Bestecke waren zusammengewürfelt und unvollständig, es gab nur 3 normale Messer. Die Schneidemesser waren stumpf oder die Klinge beschädigt, eine Kelle oder ein großer Löffel zum zureichen von Eintöpfen haben völlig gefehlt, kein Holz für die ZUbreitung in der beschichteten Pfanne war vorhanden. Die Pfannen und Töpfe waren sehr klein und auch nicht sauber. Die Hocker standen total verstaubt in einer Ecke hinterm Vorhang. Das Sofa hatte riesige Fecken auf der Sitzfläche, wir haben Tücher darüber gezogen, damit es einiger massen einladend aussah. Die Betten waren in der Stoffumrandung verzogen und schlecht bezogen, alles sah zunächst lieblos und hingehuddelt aus. Wir haben es dann selber mit wenig Aufwand gerichtet, also hätten wir es auch so vorfinden können.

Ubicacion y la habitación super , limpieza fallo

La ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitacion , comoda pero En esta estadía porque estuve antes y me fue muy bien, no nos gusto ya que la habitación no estaba tan limpia y no tenia escoba y recogedor para recoger la las pelusas que encontramos debajo de la cama y al costado del closet, el piso del baño estaba pegajoso 🙈la refrigeradora tenia la puerta rota y sonaba horrible al abrirla y nunca encontramos a ningun personal para pedirle ayuda 😢

La limpieza del cuarto y el piso del baño pegajoso Y el estado de los muebles de la cocina sonaba horrible la puerta que tapa la refrigerafora

Great location but an unloved hotel

The location and price

I was never sent the entrance code even when I asked by email and on your app. The general areas were dirty with rubbish everywhere. The rubbish area itself was a health trap

Accept it for what it is. It suited us but might not suit others.

Reasonably large room and bathroom, basic furnishings but clean and a decent bed. It offers the essentials but if you accept that as their premise, a fair and proper offer.

The Forenom computer system threw a wobbly. It sent me numerous messages in advance (and even after I left). But failed to send me the critical door code message. I had to ring their customer care number. The people there were helpful and sorted the problem. They agreed that I (and Booking.com) had given them the info needed and that it seemed to be a system error within the Forenom system. But it caused anxiety to me when the key code wasn't sent and took over 1 hour for the (helpful) Forenom call centre staff to get everything corrected. The offer is fair but soulless and completely impersonal/ anonymous. Not even a picture on the walls!

Superb

Great location, 12min walks to the central station, 3min walks to COOP. Located in a quite neighborhood. The room is stylish and looks exactly the same as the pictures on booking com. Decent room size to fully lay down two opening large suitcases. Big bathroom and stable hot water. Quick and helpful response from 24/7 customer service. Other services: laundry room, sauna, gym

The front door was not working for one day during the stay. But they fixed it right away on the next day. The door is not super sound-proof so sometimes you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor.

great location

the apartment was very clean,central and a lot do do in the area.

I completely understand cleaning up after yourself however we were asked to do dishes and bring our trash to the bins outside and a charge would be added to my card if this did not happen. for the price of the stay I would definitely expect that to be included in already.

Comforting & appropriate stay with tiny hic ups

The location was perfect, room was appropriate but, expected a better standard from Forenom Brand. The customer service over the phone at times was not able to support my concern. The Laundry room was a mess, with one machine not working properly and heaps of garbage lying in the bin. I even complained about it, but still it was not made upto the mark. But on an overall rating, the Hotel was comfortable and pleasing.

Customer Service, Cleaning of Facilities and shortage of replenishment of supplies when it came to room cleaning. On one weekly cleaning occasion, the Toilet Paper was also not provided.

the location, the amenities, laundry..

the entrance keypad didn’t work upon my 10:30 pm arrival and never worked for the next 10 days. clearly entrance security was at risk! there was never anyone to ask other than a phone call.

Great accommodation in a perfect location in the city centre.

The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. All amenities worked as they should. Instructions and access to the building and room were clear and easy to follow.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, with the Coop just across the parking, and more than 10 different restaurants within 100m. Room was nice and spacious, and perfectly clean. Kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one could need, and all in perfect condition.

The electronic lock on my door stopped working at one point, and it took a couple of hours to get it going again.

According to the hotel's roles you need to take out all garbage when checking out, but there is no place for leaving it. I have never seen this stupidity.
