Reint å flott. Hyggelig balkong, størrelse som forventet på Suit’en

Koselig leilighet, da vi fikk den vi hadde bestilt selv om det tok ett døgn. Hyggelig resepsjonister & personal.

Små bad, oversvømmelse etter hver dusj. Lekkasje fra aircondition i stue og soverom., så vanskelig å la de stå å gå.

Great location and excellent customer service.

Location is very nice with a good beach nearby, staff is very friendly and helpful!!

If I need to name something then it’s the noise. But it’s very common for this type of accommodation.

Fabulous - our first holiday abroad as a couple and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of foods. The location was great - right next to supermarkets and restaurants, and so close to beach. Room was cleaned immaculately every day and reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Great aircon and good size room.

The downstairs facilities for showering/toilets near the pool could have upkept a little better.

We really enjoyed our stay, this would be a top property for us in Agia Marina.

The build and layout of the Elotis suites is really lovely, it is absolutely spotless and everyone is so friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day including Sunday. The location is really good, beside supermarkets and lots of restaurants with the beach across the road. All the staff, big shout out to Helena in particular, could not do more for you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants. The grounds are beautiful. The pool isn't huge but never too busy, and is well shaded in the late afternoon.

Breakfast was fairly limited in its choices, but standard for a 3 star hotel.

Lovely hotel.

Very good breakfast. Service was excellent. Lovely big suite with very god bed. Beach, grocery and restaurants under 5 min walking.

Pleasant

The appartment was nice, well decorated, clean, nice shower, nice pool, a friendly receptionist, tasty breakfast with a lot of fresh choice. Cannot comment more since this was just a one night stay.

A Perfect short stay hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The pool was the perfect size, especially with two children. The breakfast staff was very kind, approachable and always checking to see if we were happy with everything. The location was perfect as we had the best of both worlds- beach across the road and pool at the hotel.

The management and reception staff, although very professional in the conduct and communication, overall kept a very low profile and not as engaging with the clients.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect. Just a minute to the beach. The territory of the hotel is not big, but calm and clean. The swimming pool is a good bonus for us.

The breakfast could be improved. There is no vegan options or for lactose intolerance people.

barman Petro was incredibly helpful friendly and good at his job. pool lovely. cleaning staff incredibly accommodating for late risers like us and very friendly. good location

Very good

This was our second time at Elotis Suite and we had a great week. The rooms are clean and modern and it is quiet given how close it is to everything in Agia Marina. The pool is smallish but always quiet and the hotel is close to many beach bars.

Free beach towels ( instead of renting them for 1Euro/day) will be a plus

Lovely stay at Elotis

Friendly staff, close to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants in this resort but also just a short bus journey to Chania. Gorgeous room which was the highlight

Great facilities & location

Excellent facilities & location. Very clean.

Staff, although friendly, not as overly friendly as the rest of our time on Crete. Didn't get to try the pool as every time we went past all the sunbeds were full & we're not early risers on holiday! These are both nit picking as it was a great place to stay! :)
