Convenient location but NO elevator and lots of stairs.

The hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It is also in walking distance (25min) of the amazing Palace of the Majorcan Kings and fabulous shops. The breakfast was above par. The bathroom was nicely modern. I grabbed some kebab to go just a block or so away and it was good with very pleasant service from the Middle Eastern owners.

It has NO elevator and even the entrance has several steps. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to manage the stairs. (Staff did carry my bags up and down the main staircase for me.) There also is no restaurant on site and the nearest one recommended by staff is several blocks away.

De locatie, vlakbij het station. het vriendelijke ontvangst; praktische lichte kamer; koffie, thee beneden beschikbaar. Goed 'groen' ontbijt. Föhn beschikbaar bij de receptie

Etablissement très agréable et pratique, bien situé et personnel très sympa.

Personnel accueillant, établissement très bien situé pour prendre le train le lendemain tôt (juste à coté de la gare). Très bien insonorisé. Possibilité de prendre un café ou autre boisson chaude à tout moment de la journée et de la nuit.

A recommander pour quelques jours au coeur de Perpignan. 15 min á centre ville.

tout ce dont la chambre modernisée a besoin. Le petit déjeuner avait l'air délicieux lorsque nous sommes partis pour le TGV pour Paris à 5h45....

Ni de escalateur.

Une bonne étape pour se reposer et visiter le centre de la ville si on le souhaite.

Bon établissement. Bien situé, calme et pas loin du centre. Personnel souriant et efficace. Petit déjeuner complet que l'on prend dans un local agréable et sans "musique" d'ambiance.

Perfect accommodation for people travelling by train

This hotel is situated literally just across the street from the railway station, but still feels safe and quiet. The pictures on booking.com gave a good presentation of the room we got. It was bright and clean, and had all the facilities we needed. The staff was ever so friendly and accommodating.

The room had a sliding door to the bathroom. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Very pleasant stay in Perpignan

location opposite the station. But no noise from the trains at all. nice breakfast,,not uselessly extensive buffet, but just right. Sympathetic.

The walk into the center was a bit longer than expected.

Great value with comfy beds, hot showers, breakfast and friendly staff - highly recommended!

A firm favourite to stay whenever I am in Perpignan over the years, as literally right beside the station - whether planned or as a result of train issues, particularly when travelling onto Spain. Great value with comfy beds, hot showers, continental breakfast and friendly staff - one of whom very kindly waited on my last visit so I could check-in very late as my train was badly delayed, just like a safe harbour in a storm for an exhausted traveller! The newly laid out sitting area downstairs is an ideal quiet space to escape the bustle of the station for a while between trains too, so I look forward to returning soon, whether for the night or a coffee while passing through. :)

Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk

Very helpful and friendly staff who helped me with my bags up and down the stairs and provided useful information about transportation, sights, etc. Conveniently located right in front of the SNCF station. Newly refurbished and very clean. Even after checking out, I was provided with a cup of coffee to go with my sandwich. How lovely!

There's no lift, but I knew it when booking. The staff are so kind to help me with my bags up and down the stairs, which is very much appreciated.
