Fijn hotel

Mooie kamer, mooi gebouw. Sleutel in locker ging probleemloos.Goede locatie, loopafstand centrum. Bleek dat er voor de goedkope prijs ook nog eens ontbijt bij zat. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nice room in old building in central location

Nice hotel in old building, ample space in smsll appartment. Good location for city strolls. Nice with free street parking outside hotel

No manned reception but key boxes worked OK.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder

Top Lage, Innenstadtnähe und trotzdem ruhig. Altes tolles Fachwerkhaus mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Sleepless night.

Great location, friendly receptionist at checkout.

Not clean (pillowcases smelled used, unpleasant sweat odor from another person?!, dusty room), leakage in bathroom, door to terrace could have been easily opened by someone outside. No airco, noisy (neighbors next door had a romantic night).

Disappointing

position only one person of the staff ( the italian one) good access of the hotel good support in phase of booking

big problem with internet speed very poor Breakfast staff really disappointed because too peaple at same time ???? Really creazy they like cash... creasy the staff is disappointed in the use of credit card.

Characterful hotel which will be excellent value for money when restoration is finished,

staff friendly, excellent location. Gluten free bread available which was very welcome.

We had not been told in advance that the hotel was in the middle of major building works nor that the reception closed at 2. We were told of the latter by text about 30 minutes before our arrival. The closure of the reception was more of a problem on the day of our departure when we were not leaving Braunschweig until 3.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. The hotel is in the centre and main attractions can be reached by walking. The breakfast is good and rich.

No reception at arrival, no information on parking, and ticket for staying in front of hotel, no information on breakfast time, no wifi working in the room except in the bathroom, rusty heater in bathroom, noisy hotel until 11PM, no expresso coffee at breakfast, only light American juice ...

Interial design- absolutely beautiful!

Staff wasn't nice for us, my husband hurt himself in a bathroom and was bleeding (because of the sharp metal edge) and the receptionist totally ignored it saying that 'it has never happened before'.

interesting experience with good value for money

poor breakfast. having in mind there was a code locker for the key we needed to call the property in order to get the code. TIP: the phone number from booking or web, nobody is answering it so better go to the property and call the phone number displayed on the door in order to get the access code.

Nice location, a well preserved building from the 15th century

Terrible pillows, uncomfortable bed. I had a hard time sleeping. No reception after 2pm. The breakfast coffee was bad, the hotel should invest in a proper coffee machine.

Superb

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, in a very quiet place. We had the hotel booked in advance and all the instructions were send to us in email (the door code, the key's place and all other necessary issues that one would need for a stay).

All was perfect and well organised.
