Zentrales Hotel, leider in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Mängel.

Das bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Stralsund und die Rügenbrücke. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig.

Dreckige Teppichböden, löchrige Vorhänge, knarzendes Bett, WLAN funktionierte nicht … das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Aktuell ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unterirdisch.

Wunderbares Hotel

Wir hatten ein Appartement und dmit sehr viel Platz. Es war sauber, alles da, was man braucht, großes Bad mit Wannne, bequemes Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Couch, auch wunschgemäß einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher

Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet, da es uns überteuert vorkam. Die Teppichware hatte ein paar Verfärbungen

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum

Das Hotel ist sehr zentrumsnah. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gegen Gebühr kann man in der Tiefgarage parken. Gegenüber hat es öffentliche Parkplätze, die aber sehr begrenzt sind. Die Zimmer sind groß.

Sehr gute Anbindung zur Stadt, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Service vom abendlichen Barkeeper sowie vom Küchenpersonal am Früstücksbufett. Betrifft hier nur die kleine blonde Servicekraft. Frühstücksbufett war in Ordnung.

Das sehr unsaubere Zimmer mit Spinnweben und Dreckflecken an Wänden und Teppich war nicht wirklich einladend. Der nicht gereinigte Kühlschrank ebenfalls. Am Abreisetag klopfte die Reinigungskraft bereits um Neun Uhr um die Endreinigung zu machen. Eine Abnahme der Reinigung bzw. eine Kontrolle scheint es hier nicht zu geben, sonst wären die Mängel aufgefallen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren auch sehr durchgelegen, nicht wirklich zum entspannten Schlaf geeignet. Das ärgert einen bereits am Checkin wenn man in Vorkasse geht und noch keine Leistung erhalten hat. Bis auf den zwei positiv bewerteten Hotelmitarbeiter/in konnten mich der Rest der Angestellten nicht wirklich überzeugen. Auch beim Auschecken keine Frage nach dem Aufenthalt oder sonst eine nette Geste oder Wortwahl. Auch die womögliche Begegnung mit einer Hotelmanagerin war ohne ein Wort. Wir gehören nicht zu den pingeligsten, deshalb und weil wir nur zwei Nächte da waren, haben wir kein Zimmerwechsel angeregt. Leider konnten die gemachten Fotos vom Zimmer nicht gesendet werden, da die Dateien zu klein sind. Diese wurden erst vorher verkleinert damit ich sie per Mail senden konnte.

Not worth this money at all.

Convenient location, easy to park on the street next to the building and the city parking is cheap.

If you are used to VHbW standards, forget about them here. It's just an old, not renowated local hotel that was just rebranded - but nothing new came with the name. 1. Carpets are stained, walls are dirty. 2. If you get a room with a Windows on a street during summer - forget about good sleep. You will have to open the window, cause there is no A/C and the noisy street will do the rest.

Very good

The room was great and offered everything I needed (plus more) for one night. Nice atmosphere and staff. The breakfast was great with a delicious and varied selection.

A third bed in a double room was unnecessary for me as a solo traveler - this could easily have been removed before I arrived for better space, but didn't bother me for one night. Parking was a bit poorly organized on late arrival - I eventually found one, but had expected the staff to be somewhat more accommodating in explaining and helping to find a parking space.

Very enjoyable and I would certainly visit agin.

Very pleasant, spacious room. relaxing lounge area in the evening and all well within walking distance of the old town. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and coffee pot on the table. Staff were very helpful.

The bath was quite high so little tricky getting out of the shower.

Was ok for one night.

The view from the room is lovely. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable with nice duvet/ covers and pillows.

The rooms are a little dated and parts of the carpet in our room had seen better days. There was no hand rail to get in and out of the high sided bath and could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. No coffee/ tea or bottled water in rooms. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Very nice hotel

Very spacious and clean room. Outstanding service both at the front desk and in the restaurant, and the hotel is situated just outside of the city center with great views over either the "Altstadt" or the water and Rügen

The hotel rooms are not "fancy" and could use a lick of paint, but as stated, it's nice and clean

Very good breakfast, just very small room with food/drinks for too many people. (Seating area OK), Staff was nice, breakfast very tasty with wide selection.

Bad wi-fi (at least on 5th floor) so unable to work. The additional couch to sleep on was very small for two people (and not very comfortable, too soft, had a stiff neck every morning). Also, there was an empty case where the refrigerator obviously used to be.... That was a big disappointment, especially when you travel with kids.

Nice hotel with a good locatoin

The room we had was huge! Even though we just booked for a standard room it was probably one of the biggest hotel rooms I ever got. The Staff was super duper friendly, happy to show anything you can do and knowledgeful. You could rent bikes for 15€ per day.

The overall cleanness was satisfying however it could be a bit better. You could find some hairs from the previous hotel guests in the shower for example. But only if you look for it --> it was clean but not deep clean.

Place OK, parking in front of the hotel for 2 EUR per day. Close to the city center.

No AC in hotel, lobby or room very hot during our stay. Carpet in the room far from acceptable, dirty spots in many places of carpet, no fridge in the room.

We asked for a double bed and had a single bed instead. They didn’t wanted to change the room. The room was dirty. Lots of spiders and webs. We killed at 5 the first night and 5 the second night. I do not recommend at all

the price of the hotel is very big. they don’t provide service for this price.

we booked the room for 3 person ( 2 adults +1 child). when we came to the hotel, a receptionist said that we should pay extra for child. there was no information about it in our reservation. the receptionist said that we can stay with our son, but if we don’t pay extra, they won’t provide a bed for him. they don’t provide kettles. carpet was very dirty
