Stadtbesuch

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Stadtbesuch. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr individuell, ein bisschen verwinkelt.

Für Kurztrips ist das Hotel gut geeignet

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings sind die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken nur zu Fuß ohne Aufzug zu erreichen. Das ist sehr mühsam

We moesten naar een evenement in het centrum van de stad; het hotel was een uitstekende plek hiervoo

de ligging in het oude centrum was super Prachtig zicht ook op rivier Zie foto's vanuit onze kamer

3de verdieping enkel met trap te bereiken, geen lift

Wir haben uns die zwei Übernachtungen sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Hotel.

Das Hotel ist schön am Altstadtrand gelegen, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!!!

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Perfekte Lage und nettes Peraonal.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Peraonal war sehr nett und die Belegungszeit der Garage wurde sehr großzügig gehandhabt.

Spontane Übernachtung

Wir haben uns entschieden, spontan über Nacht zu bleiben und haben deswegen dieses Hotel gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man benötigt. Ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das wussten wir vorher und es hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Frühstück angemessen, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ideal.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer, Hotel leicht zu erreichen, trotz Hauptstraße nicht laut, viele Lokale in der Nähe, Parkmöglichkeit

Das Frühstück war recht spartanisch, aber ausreichend. Im Bad leider keinerlei Möglichkeit, irgendetwas aufzuhängen.

A stay for party go'ers.

The location is central just opposite the river banks and in the old town. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Good access for car and bike. Breakfast was ok, but miscommunication about the time lead me being late 2 minutes after 10:00 am, no breakfast!

If you are a night goer and appreciate the noise of party and people until late or early morning, then the location is perfect. I misscalcualted that, so for me being kept awake until 3.00h am, doesn't work. The hotel itself is in need of an update. The bed frame, the sofa, the wardrobe were all damaged.

Exceptional

Great views of the old bridge, river. Easy to access the old city. You just step out the door, and you are there. There are lots of restaurant choices. Well-informed staff spoke German and English.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good. Staff was fantastic!

WIFI was quite waek and you had to keep logging in over and over again.

Perfect location in the heart of Heidelberg

Perfect location and the room had a view of the old bridge. The room was comfortable and spacious.

There is no elevator so it could be an issue but it wasn't for us

Bad window insulation kept me up all night

good location

windows in room 4 were not tight and I could hear every word spoken outside. I did hardly sleep Friday night because there were - as usual lots of drunk people outside shouting until 2 am, then again at five am, with police sirens at 3:30, all so loud in the room that it prevented me from finding rest and sleep

Pleasant

Very nice personnel. Old building, great location. Internet fine. Beds good. General equipment fine.

I think the rooms need an update, they are no longer fieörst or seco d class standard, rather 3*, and that does not fit the price any more. Price would be ok for the location.

Very friendly staff and excellent location and views!

Beautiful view of the city and river from the room. Nice small breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff that helped with everything I needed very quickly and efficiently!

Very nice location in Old Town Heidelberg, directly next to the old bridge and close to shopping etc. Staff were very kind, made recommendations for restaurants in the area and spoke perfect English. The room was large by European standards and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

I was on the first floor overlooking the bridge and the square, which did mean a bit of noise in the room. I visited in January and the radiator in the room wasn't enough to keep it really warm.
