schöner entspannter Aufenthalt - gerne wieder

kostenloses Upgrade auf DZ statt EZ bekommen. sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon zum Bach. großer Innenpool. serviceorientiertes Personal. Abendessen sehr lecker. gute Auswahl beim Frühstück

Séjour au calme, relaxant, environnement verdoyant, propice aux ballades. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Personnel très accueillant, cuisine très bonne.

Chambre trop petite, trop étouffante. L’eau de la piscine intérieur trop froide,il faudrait de la musique douce dans l’espace spa….

Außerordentlich umfangreiches Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, ideal gelegen für eine Ost-West-Durchquerung des Nordschwarzwalds mit dem Fahrrad!

Schönes Hotel mit komfortables Zimmer. Schönes Frühstück-Buffet mit super freundliche Bedienung.Abendessen (Halbpension) war gut. Das Hotel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt zu tolle Wanderungen.

Speiselokal war beim Abendessen sehr sehr warm und ich habe es eher als Lästig erfunden!

Haben uns wohlgefühlt

Liegt etwas abseits .Nur mit Auto,Bus oder man wandert an Orte die man besuchen will erreichbar.Im Ort selber gibt es nur einen Minigolfplatz mit Kiosk und einem netten Betreiber.Im Hotel war sehr nettes Personal.Beim Frühstück war alles da .Sehr leckere Brötchen..Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Haben das Hotel extra wegen dem Pool ausgesucht.Aber wenn man schwimmen ging und es haben sich 2 Leute unterhalten hat es dermaßen gedroehnt da wäre Nachbesserung nötig .

Super, immer wieder gern

Frühstück reichhaltig und Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, Zimmer geräumig,sauber und die Terrasse war sehr groß zur Bergseite gelegen, das Abendessen bei der Halbpension bestand aus Suppe, Salatbuffet, Hauptgang und Nachtisch und war sehr lecker.

Leider wenig Parkplätze und kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.

It was exceptional, the staff were very helpful and kind. Especially Anja and Christiana from the restaurant. Anja was so helpful in the restaurant and helped me and my family in everyway. I would highly recommend and have to say it was probably the best hotel I have stayed in yet... swimming pool was so nice and very clean 👌 😍 Lugowska Family Ireland 🇮🇪

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again

Clean, big rooms, staff was extremely helpful and nice.

My room/balcony directly connected to a big common balcony/terrace and I couldn’t close the blinds all the way which - as a solo traveller - didn’t feel to safe but it was completely fine!

Room was below expectations and did not match the description. The local area is exceptional.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The surrounding area I can highly recommend for walking and cycling. The train ticket, which is included in the cost of the room, was very handy for getting around the local area.

Room was small. It said a room with a mountain view and balcony, but it was a ground floor room at the back of the property looking straight as the side of a large hill (and therefore no view). The walls of the room were very thin and I could hear the couple next to me for the duration of the stay. They had also brought newborn baby that cried a lot of the time. This would not have been an issue if the walls of the room had not been paper thin.

Not a 4 star hotel

That my wife was with me.

The staff and Theis hospitality. They were arrogant and no smiling. We thought they would be happy having guests after 18 months of pandemic. But the atmosphere was terrible- I would say a management issue. It began in the restaurant. We kindly asked if we could sit by the window. No! The table is booked for somebody else. After 10 minutes all tables at the window were free but still no table available for us. Anyway, after having had main course we kindly asked for the dessert menu. Kitchen is closed. I asked; how can you close the kitchen when you have guests in the restaurant? The answer I got was: Don’t you read our opening hours before you go into the restaurant?? I’m 56 been traveling all my life. I know how to behave and I always give good tip when I see that the staff is making a difference. After so many years of both business and pleasure traveling, I was shocked by this treatment. Here I really felt that we were there fir the staff and not the other way around. We left the day after and paid for 2 days penalty due to early leaving. Well, we thought we had found the place for a 3-day stay. We paid the penalty and have been happy ever after. Probably will choose a different hotel next time I'm in town. Overpriced for what it offered!

Location was good. Quiet.

The ambience of the hotel seemed very dated for the price. It felt like an old peoples home in the seventies. The pool was nice. Breakfast bar was very, very basic. Quality of dinner was fair.
