Basic but great for a central night's sleep

Great location. Basic but cheap and cheerful.

Stayed here twice in 8 months...in the same room. I reported the shower head having no wall bracket last August. I stayed again in May and it was still the same.

Good location but be prepared for a disturbed night.

Good central location in the Aldstadt. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The U bend in the sink leaked. The central location was great but having a room at the front could be very noisy as people were out drinking until 3am.

Central location / nice staff

Location ideal to altstadt and shopping and transportation. You are in the heart of the party scene so expect a bit more noise or booming beats on Friday and Saturday nights. The furniture is a bit bulky and in some areas a bit worn but overall price= quality was acceptable. Towels and sheets were in very good condition and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast = nice selection. overall nice stay!!! :-)

Room was advertised as having 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed plus a refrigerator. Room only had 2 twin beds side by side and, more importantly, NO refrigerator.

Can't go wrong with this hotel :)

I've been staying at his hotel for a few years now, and it's perfectly located for transport to the Messe + even better for going out at night in the Old Town. Staff very friendly. AMAZING value for money. Breakfast isn't going to change the world, but you're not booking this place for the food. Rooms are large & always been clean. Personally I've never had an issue with noise, despite the very central location - however, I always ask for a room at the back. I will continue to stay here when I visit Dusseldorf in January.

Great stay for a large group, value for money, great location, friendly staff.

Breakfast was very nice, however not replenished very well once used. First come, first serve, once it was gone it’s gone. ( e.g crosssints, scrambled egg). Great location and staff were lovely!

No shower curtain in bathrooms, impossible to not get the floor wet. Certain things in the room were damaged and old, however did not bother our group as was there for a stag do and therefore very easy going.

You will have a warm welcome in a great location.

Excellent location in the middle of the Old Town and near to the Rhine bank. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

No bar or guest lounge. Bathroom equipment is tired.

It was a one day stay. So it went well. But if i stay more than one day…

Great breakfast.

No free coffee or water heater in rooms. Really cold rooms at november. Hot water not reliable.

This is a great renovated hotel in a good location

The lovely lady in reception is a gem Comfy beds

The desk clerk smoked outside the back door and the stinky smoke came in to our room
