Nice but expensive hotel in Flims

Jacuzzi outdoor pool was warm and very nice. Breakfast had a wide variety, especially good was the scrambled eggs and bacon which was made from local products in the area. Bed in the hotel room was amazing.

Breakfast lacked Belgian waffles. Hotel room shower was a bit small, only room for one, and the room had no air conditioning unit. Parking garage was very expensive, although it had charging capabilities. Hotel reception did not have a real map over the mountain trails for mountain hiking, which would have been very useful since the trails on the mountain is poorly marked.

Een luxueus hotel waar het prettig vertoeven is!

Het grote binnenzwembad met mooie wellness, mooie tuin, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekkere pizza gegeten. Heerlijke bedden. Rustig gelegen.

Te warm op de kamer. Het bad is erg glad. Niet bij gondel gelegen maar met de bus geen probleem.

Excellent hotel in Flims

The Adula is truly wonderful - - quiet location, comfortable rooms, great spa and big swimming pool, excellent helpful staff, fantastic breakfast buffet. Couldn't wish for a better hotel!

This place will massively enhance your ski holiday .

Breakfast was lovely. All the little touches stacked up to make a wonderful week. Spa facilities were divine. We couldn't have asked for better.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

Overall an excellent stay, would come again

Excellent hotel, very quiet location and helpful and friendly stuff. Great Spa and swimming pool, unusually large, very clean and pleasant.

Breakfast could be better; we missed more pillows for the beds.

The room & the spa facilities were lovely! The location is great. The breakfast was extensive and had so many vegetarian & vegan options. The staff was very helpful!

People bringing a dog should be mindful of the €25/day charge. The vegetarian restaurant menu did not clearly list allergens.

Despite small potential for improvements, I can recommend the hotel and will happily visit again

Wonderful and polite staff at the reception. Nice wellness and swimming pool area. Great location. Room was big enough and comfortable. Exceptionally clean.

Very soft and flat pillows. Our fault for not asking for extra, which I am sure we would have received without an issue. At the same time, it would have been nice if there were some additional ones in the room. The hotel was extremely busy during our stay and breakfast area was packed with people. It was clear that staff there could be better organized and more efficient.

Friendly, clean, beautiful and great location.

Really lovely hotel, we had a family suite which was a good size and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast and lunch. We also ate in the vegetarian restaurant which was delicious. Great outdoor pool. Whole hotel really clean and lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be returning!

Enjoyable, sure we will come back!

The balcony in the room, the night service and the staff.

Everything was very good, one of the things to improve could be a kettle and some tea bag in the room.

A lovely hotel to spend a week’s skiing with everything you need.

A very friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location in Flims. The staff are all very helpful, a great shuttle to the lifts and a comfortable lounge to relax in.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and water wasn’t refilled every day.
