Nothing

1st they say fitness center, there is no fitness center 2nd the elevator does not work 3rd the heater does not work 4th the toilet and bathroom smells horrible 5th the room was disgusting and not clean I asked the manager to refund and I left the building. I contacted customer service hoping for help with this false advertising. It's not acceptable. I was on a business trip and it's really bad

Preiswerte saubere Unterkunft ohne Nachtportier, der bei evt. Störungen einschreiten könnte.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend. Die Ausstattung war auch o.k. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage.

Nachts gab es Lärm auf dem Flur und mehrmals in Abständen wurde an unserer Tür geklopft. Da nachts kein Personal im Haus ist, konnte man sich diesbezüglich nicht an die Rezeption wenden. Sehr schade auch, dass die optisch ansprechende Hotelbar nicht offen war.

Prima hotel voor een scherpe prijs.

Prima bereikbaar, goed bedden en kamer. Het ontbijt was prima. Niet super uitgebreid maar dat hoeft ook niet voor de prijs. Helemaal top was dat de hond welkom was.

Ontvangst was via de intercom en daardoor wat moeilijk te verstaan, maar er werd Nederlands gesproken dus dat was top anders was het een uitdaging geworden.

Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen

Hatte Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Jedes Geräusch hat man mitbekommen- sehr unangenehm. Ferner fehlte die Badezimmertür… ??? Ausstattung zur Küchenzeile: nett gesagt: mager

Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Gute Parkmöglichkeit nahe des Hotels. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Bei Anreise konnte das Hotel nicht betreten und die Toilette nicht benutzt werden. Wir waren aber auch schon 3 Stunden zu früh Vorort. Der Check-IN war sehr unseriös. Wir mussten unseren Namen von einer Liste selbst heraussuchen. Dabei konnte auch die Namen aller anderen Hotelgäste gelesen werden (Datenschutz?).

It’s a hotel unreliable. I left my AirPod in room 205 . They told me it was it not found . It was impossible. I am 100 Percentage sue I put it here on the desk.

Hotel compleately understuffed, no reception services, no breakfast service. No services provide

Possibility of parking in underground garage

After check I received information that breakfast will be in another hotel which is over 400m away from hotel. No possiblity to buy any water or other small snack in hotel reception/ lobby. No hot water available on morning. It seems that hotel is only machine for money with no interest to keep hotel clear and friendly. Same quality as Hostel.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Es war ein angenehm ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen Zimmer. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Frühstück im 400 m entfernten Nachbarhotel war sehr gut. Sehr bequeme Betten. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 12 min.

Das Frühstück.

Einchecken wegen Borussia Mönchengladbach im Hotel erst ab 22.30 Uhr. Auf der Matratze gekräuselte Haare, dreckiger Toilettensitz, tote Spinne an der Decke, schlechter TV Empfang, dreckige Wände, 800 mtr Weg zum Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, keine Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang.

Ruhige Lage, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes umfangreiches kaltes und warmes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel, kostenlose Tiefgarage

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 114. Es wirkte durch seine Größe mit den wenigen Möbeln, überwiegend in weiß vor weißen Wänden, kahl und ungemütlich. Eine Nachttisch-Lampe defekt, Hahn am Waschbecken locker, ebenso der Handtuchhalter daneben. Schön wäre auch mehr Sichtschutz an den Fenstern, besonders im Bad. Vielleicht mit Schiebegardinen wie in den anderen Zimmern. Dann würde es schon etwas wohnlicher wirken. Ein Safe fehlte ebenfalls.

Very nice facility and would recommend other than not being able to do laundry.

The breakfast was very nice.

On booking.com the hotel said they had a laundry that could be used but were told there was none when we arrived. Being able to do our laundry was the main reason for selecting this facility. They need to take that off booking.com if it is not offered.

Good sleep, good parking, good breakfast . . and the kettle in the room.

The waste bin in the bathroom was full from previous occupancies and I had to wipe clean a few stains from father table

Just a very poor experience.

Bed was comfortable

No staff, had to go to another hotel half a mile up the road to check in and for breakfast. Had to buy our own toilet roll as it hadn’t been replenished and as there were no staff we couldn’t ask anyone.2nd day no coffee or tea was put into the room.

my last visit was before the pandemic and the hotel badly deteriorated since

We liked the convenient location and the very convenient underground parking.

We were disappointed that the coffee/tea maker only had one single tea bag and one mini packet of sugar. And that was it. It had not been replenished after the previous guests.

Superb

Breakfast had a great selection and variety of food. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet. Very clean room.

Check-in was a little awkward. Went to the hotel and it was locked. Noticed a sign on the door re-directing us to a sister hotel about 450 meters away for a check-in. There we were provided with a entrance key and room key for Novum Freiraum StattHotel.
