Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ☺️

Sehr modernes, sauberes Appartement. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind zu 12 Personen + 2 Hunde angereist. Unsere extra Wünsche konnten fast alle erfüllt werden.

Die Matratzen waren leider alle viel zu weich.

Schöne ruhige Anlage direkt am Strand

Soweit alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht

Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche wären super.

Frühstück war gut, -Nicht gut Kaffespezialitäten kosten extra. Aussicht Restaurant- außergewöhnlich Gut mit direktem Blick auf das Meer!

Very excellent, due to the receptionists' kindness and the overall location

The receptionist was so kind to take care of our laundry; this was very helpful since we had been travelling for some time. Breakfast was also well taken care of and abundant.

We would have preferred cleaning service of the rooms, but we knew this was not programmed since it was not a full hotel service.

Apartment was really well maintained, cleaned and had all needed appliances. Really close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Super comfortable.

Beds and pillows are awful, you should clean the apartment yourself, personnel is not friendly. The apartment looks different as it was pictured. Breakfast are poor and not fresh. It was not clean in breakfast room, personnel looked like very busy. Sometimes the tables were reserved and there was no place to seat for a family of 4.

bring mosquito spray

new, modern furniture, 3 saunas, nice sauna area

hair from people and dogs in the apartment, dead mosquitoes everywhere, blood on the wall from mosquito hunts. We couldn’t open the window without having lots of mosquitos in the apartment because there was no net in front of the window or balcony door to keep them away. Beds were way too soft. Basic kitchen supplies (salt, oil) not available. Internet wasn’t good. No smart tv.

Gute Glowe

Excellent location right on the beach with great access to walking paths, restaurant next door is amazing, Arndt Bakery, and Majaradja Indian take out just few minutes walk. Large clean comfortable rooms.

A great hotel, but should have booked through the hotel to get all important details

Very easy to check in - easy to pay - loved having the designated parking spot

10 am is too early to check out. Also, using booking.com doesn't give all necessary information until you pay: For example: We wanted a late check-in which wasn't possible, We travelled separately so I could check in before 8pm I chose the more expensive breakfast included option = which didn't include breakfast, I paid 50 Euro more for nothing Booking.com said check out was between 10am and 12pm - which also wasn't true, at 10am we were rushed out of our room and didn't even have time to shower

Overall rather disappointing

The room was large, beautiful balcony, nice surroundings, beach very close

We arrived on Saturday and found out that the restaurant was fully booked until Wednesday. Wednesday! Also it’s the only good restaurant in the entire village so basically you can’t even have nice dinner for most of your stay. Weirdly enough, the second floor of the restaurant was closed. Maybe if they opened it, they’d have enough tables for their hotel guests? Anyway, it’s the first time we encountered anything like that, very unprofessional. The hotel also claims to have free wifi. When we arrived the signal wasn’t even strong enough to connect. The problem took an entire day to fix, although the internet was still very weak. Just so that you understand, you couldn’t even load Netflix on it. The staff was rude at breakfast. There was no one to greet us so we went to a free table. Then we were told off for not waiting to tell our room number. We literally had to get up, go back to the door and tell the waitress (young blond, if I remember correctly) our room number, after which she repeated we must always give our room number first, in a very unfriendly way. We didn’t enjoy being treated like misbehaving children so I would not ever come to this hotel again. The room wasn’t cleaned once the entire week we were there. There weren’t enough toiletries either for the week.

Very good

The location is very good, the air is fresh and closes to the beach.

Missing some kitchen tools like skin-peeler and cooking knife. Have no hair dryer.

The apartment is very large and clean. Great kitchen!

Because of Covid we can't use the spa and the location on booking.com is not accurate. The mattress protector they have in the mattress made you sweat all night. You don't really get good sleep!

Good value for money Spacious apartment Nice balcony and location near to the beach Enjoyed the views from the restaurant and the relaxation in the spa The staff at the hotel and restaurant were approachable and friendly

Wifi connection was not the best - was often slow and unable to connect The reception closed at 12 so we checked in ourselves - The directions were not super clear to our apartment. It was also very dark so felt uncomfortable looking around area to find our room.
