Vous pourrez faire mieux pour le nombre d'étoiles proposé.

Le lit est très confortable et l'endroit est très sympa. Chauffage au sol 👍

Le petit déjeuner et l'hygiène des wc , la chasse d'eau n'avait pas été tirée et poil sous la cuvette 😕. Déco bof ...

établissement à éviter pour les séjours de plus d'une nuit

ascenseur en panne 2 jours sur 3 , pression d'eau tres limite ,pas de tel dans l'appart pour appeler la reception , lavabo plus ou moins bouché ; ménage et changement de linge de bain tous les 3 jours alors que ce n'est pas spécifié sur Booking

Bon concept à prix modéré, calme est fonctionnel

C'est nouveau pour moi, une découverte. Parking pratique. Le concept est pas mal. C'est bien situé, le personnel est disponible et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. J'ai hésité à refaire un passage, est-ce un buffet ou bien juste le petit déjeuner ? ils m'ont demandé mon n° de chambre .. donc je ne suis passé qu'une seule fois.

J'aime le noir pour dormir, et là ... seulement des rideaux ... pas de volets au fenêtres. Je n'ai pas trouvé la climatisation ! en fait ça ne fonctionne pas je pense. A creuser. Une petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur serait apprécié.

Great place but needs a little bit of love and attention.

The apartment was spacious and the place was nice to be in.

It was not clean, toilet not working, and not enough dishes/towels kitchen supplies.

The bed for my son was not made and we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast was poor also.

It was a really excellent stay. The staff are super friendly and they offer so much help. The room is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!

Not quite a proper hotel anymore.

This place has changed a lot since coming here several years ago. It’s a bit strange and not really a proper hotel anymore. The room itself is ok (although I had to change rooms as there was a fault with my bathroom) but there are very few normal hotel facilities. No bar for example, and the breakfast was very limited. Also no tea/coffee etc in rooms. It feels more like a university campus dormitory than a hotel.

Read description carefully before booking

Common areas are nicely decorated Good wifi Free secured parking 5-min walk to Cergy-Port which is nice and quaint (pubs, restaurants & cute little marina) 10-15 min walk to a mall

- No A/C - Laundry is around 8€ per load to wash and dry - They charge 5 per clean towel if you stay less than 7 nights - Room is not cleaned for stays shorter than a week

it was fun and relaxing.

It was close to transportation and very safe. The building itself is very stylish and comfortable.

There was no option to pay via cash and there was no air conditioning.

Our stay was good just few things to fix.

The breakfast was good, the location excellent.

We would like towels to be changed at least 2 days, and also ironing in the room, the sliding doors are stiff, the TV in my room was not working.

Good option in Cergy for a business trip

Amazing decoration, rooms are comfartable and cozy, gym center is also good.

Attitude of the employees : Thay are not very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is really below average, not worth 12€ at all : rotten fruits, uncooked croissants , very few option to choose from, and these options are often out of stock before the end of breakfast time. Cleaning service is every 10 days, otherwise it is charged.
