Wieder gerne, Nächstes mal nur mit Frühstück!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage top, tolle Sportanlagen, Pool super zum Sportschwimmen, Chefober sehr sehr nett

Frühstück: Trinkbecher aus Plastik, Abendessen: Kein Vorspeisen Buffet, Salatbuffet wie in der Kantine, Abendessen 3 Gänge, Pasta gut aber oft kalt, Hauptgericht in Ordnung, Vegetarisches Gericht katastrophal, Nachspeisenbuffet u.a. In Plastik Schalen serviert, Samstag Abend Buffet war aber Mega !

Staff great , clean and beautiful gardens and view lovely , Overall fab you just need to sort food

Breakfast was poor , a shame because most other things where good

Variation in breakfast and overall quality was bland , I play tennis and was looking forward to that being part of the holiday but wanted lesson or game and know coach ? As 4 courts are available I never saw anyone playing?

Entspricht nicht dem was in Booking zu sehen und zu lesen ist

gar nicht viel

Jeden Abend Livemusik mit sehr lauten, schräg singenden Gästen und das ganze durch Busgruppen verursacht. Schade, dass man den individualen Gast nicht mehr schätz, nur noch die Masse von Bustouristen. Jeden Morgen die gleiche 1 Sorte Salami und nur 1 Sorte Käse beim Frühstück. Der Lift defekt. Sehr unschön das man mit zusatzkosten bei der Abreise überrascht wird. Das Zimmer wurde nur sehr ungenügend gereinigt. Handtücher wurden weggenommen aber keine Neuen hingelegt und und und...... Ja das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten und nach Reklamation unserer Seite wurde es geändert, doch von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich sowas nicht. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

4 days was enough of the rules loved Lake Garda though

The female lifeguard was a gem ! She was fabulous especially aqua aerobics! Pool and gym Beautiful grounds and facilities View

Limited breakfast Rude staff - made to feel you were not welcome in reception and dining room Too many rules!! It’s Rules rules rules ! You can’t do this - put this here - don’t go there etc but they don’t tell you then tell you off afterwards in a rude manner It’s like a holiday camp. They need to relax a little and smile more

quiet hotel with a nice view, good location but with some limitation for family with small kids

the available services: golf & football pitch, playground, mini club were very nice. continental breakfast was excellent the room was very big despite old with a beautiful lake view

- the restaurant menu for dinner was very poor, more as a canteen rather than for 4* hotel. - room cleaning was not adequate (dust and dirty on the pavement). only after asking the cleaning was improving a bit. - opening time for the spa was limited from 14.00 to 15.00 for the indoor pool. never used because the time was not limited and not fitting to our holiday plan. strange having this limitation for a so call family hotel. - going to restaurant with a stroller was not so easy because our junior suite room as most of the room are on a hill, a bit far from the main building and restaurant

We liked the pool and the facilities. View is super nice!

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired especially since it is in Italy. We expected much much more!

Great holiday in lovely surroundings

The pool was lovely and the room was spacious and comfy. Very comfy beds. Staff were friendly, in particular Fabio and the drivers of the shuttle buses into Garda. Breakfast was tasty. The view of the lake was great and it was very peaceful.

The shuttle bus doesn't run for a large period of time in the day which was inconvenient. Also you have to queue for it both ways, up and down, which was frustrating. A bigger bus or more buses would be better. We did end up paying for taxis a lot. The music at the pools was a bit too loud and frantic at points, and some days they just repeated the same music which was annoying. The baths are very narrow which makes them a little trickier to shower in.

Room Pictures in booking look bigger but deceiving Room is small even for 2pax . Very Old style. We were not excited about this property

If you like peace, sports and good food, do not go here!

There was an electricity outage, which is something they maybe could not have helped, but in the heat without airco it was not doable to stay there and sleep. Instead of using their back up generator for airco for their customers they decided to use it for a very loud speaker having a singer sing through the night. All whilst a lot of people had to open their window to cool a little to be able to sleep at all. A lot of angry customers with small children that did not sleep. Also the breakfast was horrible. I have not had such a bad breakfast in Italy every. It is all based on large quantities and manufactured, prepacked food. Nothing fresh. For a hotel that seems to promote sports and healthy lifestyle this is just terrible. and this had nothing to do with not having electricity. (Seen more reviews now which complained about this) Also too many people, and more a party style than a sports hotel. Will not be staying with them again. ps. Contacted them about the experience to ask for a partial refund as we left to go to another hotel, but we only received the information that it was not their fault of not having electricity. (after booking had to intervene and ask them to respond after a non reply)

Good location of the hotel with a wonderful view. The pool is amazing, you can always find a place on the sunbeds.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Breakfast was the same all day, that's not good.
