Nel complesso è andata bene. Con qualche dettaglio curato meglio le 4 stelle sono meritate

Personale gentile e professionale. Struttura abbastanza silenziosa. Ampio e comodo parcheggio interno con accesso riservato ai soli clienti.

L’asciugacapelli non funzionava. Curerei un po’ di più la pulizia dei pavimenti

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La stanza era in ordine e pulita. Lo staff e stato cordiale. E un punto strategico per andare in centro Brescia ( 10 minuti a piedi). La SPA è stata rilassante.

A big hotel, close to the city center, with good breakfast and own parking. Good value for money.

Location: cc 10 minutes walk from city center, bus station nearby to the hotel Parking: own, big parking space, within the hotel's territory. Closed with gates. Room: spacious, clean. Air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast: fresh fruits, various, good food. Automatic coffee machines, good coffee. Staff: polite, friendly.

Water: there was some issue with water temperature and pressure. There was always water in the bathroom, though the water's temperature was changing by unknown reason. Maybe it was only in our room and it's not something that ruined our stay.

Easy parking, just outside the centre but a short walk from everything. Nice staff.

Bathroom a little dated. Wall-to-wall carpets in the corridors.

Clean room, good location and helpful staff

Very nice clean room for a hotel at that price. Close walking distance to restaurants and there is a food market right across the street.

The free parking was very tight to find a spot but I made it work.

Great weekend in Brescia staying at Hotel Mastet

Location and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very comfortable and competitively priced

Overall was a fairly cheap double room, good for student backpackers like us, but doesn't fit it's f

Great location.

Advertised spa but this was 20 euros for one hour...far to expensive for us, so a bit disappointing that we couldn't use this. Room was nice and clean but very small. Shower had intermittent hot water, went from boiling to freezing and no in-between.

personnel steels personal things!

when I was leaving the hotel, I left my iphone charger neat the bed. Afyer I called the same day to the reception, they told that nobody found anything. T That is very clear that houskeeper stole it and didn't find anything after. Terrible aftertasye.

disappointing for the location and the price ! Not a 4 star at all

2 rooms for family were explicitly requested and we got 2 rooms on 2 different floors - although I chatted the hotel at the reservation- very sad ... also it was not cleaned as expected for a 4 star hotel !!! fitness center was really filthy and no COVID products nor towel at disposal - breakfast was ok ( service was great !!) but warm food was very disappointing : bacon very industrial and scramble eggs from microwave or boiled .... I am not picky but even the kids said it was full of water !!!

Lovely room ,spacious and enjoyed the balcony

I stayed there because of the pool but did not use it as it was a separate charge, and not just a few euro. It was an extra 20euro per use. That is way too expensive ! I was disappointed about this. Good accommodation apart from that.
