Dejligt ophold i Varese

Dejligt centralt beliggende hotel med mulighed for parkering. Pænt værelse, rent med sød og hjælpsom morgenmadsbetjening. Og så er Roberto m.v. i receptionen så positive og hjælpsomme på alle måder. Vi kommer igen.

Non sono soddistfatto

La stanza assegnata era stata ricavata era tipo un sottoscala; le finestre NON erano insorizzate e pertanto la stanza che era situata al piano strada permetteva che si sentissero tutti i rumori rendendo il dormire un' impresa ardua; inoltre, la stanza confinava con un locale, una specie di birreria, che fine almeno le 23 teneva la musica alta e sembrava che l'avessero accesa dentro la stanza. In conclusione la stanza assegnatami era una specie di stamberga. Non degna di un tre stelle ma di un 2 stelle scarso e quindi anche la qualità/prezzo era insufficiente.

Great location but no frills on the room.

The location is great and it is nice that there is a parking lot if you get there early enough. Everything is walkable in this zone and this hotel puts you right in the middle of the action, so that is a plus for travelers.

The room was very small and the pictures did not accurately portray the accommodation, in my opinion. It seemed a bit smaller and "no frills" than the advertisement made it seem on booking.com and as such I was surprised upon arrival by this room that felt a bit more like a hostel room.

Friendly hotel in Varese

Really friendly and efficient staff made this a fine stay. Very good location on the edge of the old town and next to the bus to the Sacro Monte and the train station.

I expected, perhaps unreasonably, a bit more luxury in the rooms for the price.

Perfect accomodation in Varese

Perfect accommodation in Varese. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, private parking. Special comliments for Mr. Roberto. That gentleman gave us a welcome as if we were in a 5-star hotel. We are very happy to return to this hotel

They were asking me to pay extra fee the day I was checking out they said the reason was that i don't live in the city the receptionist was the one imposing this fee on me there was an atmosphere of descrimination

Disappointing

Close to historic centre and friendly reception staff.

Breakfast timing and the very rude breakfast lady! We were told by the friendly reception staff that we should turn up for breakfast by 9 30am and we will have time to finish the breakfast. We turned up at 9.25am but was greeted by an extremely rude breakfast lady who was unhappy about us turning up late and she gave us a lecture about our breakfast timing. What a disappointing impression of the hotel staff and a terrible start to our stay in Varese.
