HILLCREST APARTMENTS MOTEL

The room was quiet, exceptionally clean and modern, and right next door to the Mater Hospital formy operation the following day. Parking on site was easily accessible also, and available undercover secured or ground level open. We will definitely stay again.

There was no shampoo, soap or bodywash, or face or hand towels (but I feel that could have been a genuine mistake or the cleaner interrupted just on finishing as the motel is great)

Great value for money

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location for a great price. Person checking us in was hilarious and made the check in process easy and quick.

Little bit outdated, but expected for the price. And the cafe was closed in the morning, which was a little disappointing. The light switch in our room was in a really weird place and I nearly pressed the alarm buttons instead when returning home, whoops!

It was only overnight so little can be said.

The room was cold the shower leaked all over the bathroom. The bathroom wash stand was wobbly and rotting. The extra blanket supplied was thin and we were very cold during the night, the air conditioning didn't help.

It is very close to the hospital, just a short walk. There is a laundry on every floor, which was great for our emergency extended stay.

our TV did not work at all. The bathroom door could not be closed due to water damage.

The smell of whatever was used to clean the room. Rooms are dated. Bonus with the smell was that you knew it had been cleaned. I dropped something under the bed that I had to get, was spotless under there too

We requested a room away from the lifts and this was accommodated. Lovely king bed top get lost in. Spacious room. Nice to have a deck also for fresh air. The staff were super friendly. Central location for Southbank, sport and entertainment. We'll be back 👌

Enjoyable short stay

The staff who were working the afternoon shift on check in were so welcoming, providing great tips for the local area and conversation. There was ample parking that was included in the price. A short walk to QPAC and South Bank which was the purpose of our visit. would absolutely recommend and stay at this property again. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and the room was clean with opening window and balcony door. Also very close to the hospitals which would be a bonus for those not local.
