Night before a flight

The pool the location the reception and they had a restaurant

The pillows were like sacks, the phone didn’t work in the room for room service and the restaurant food was a little sad

Gutes Hotel direkt beim Flughafen

Modernes, sauberes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel liegt ca. 1 Km vom Flughafen entfernt. Dieser ist vom Hotel aus zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

Ein kleiner, einfacher Shuttle Bus zwischen Hotel und Flughafen wäre angenehm. Der Flughafen ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, doch das Gepäck wiegt schwer. Wenn es regnet ist ein Fussmarsch auch nicht angenehm.

Disappointed.

Unfortunate experience here between the hotel and booking.com. I realised that the booked price was not the best price available (both on the booking.com website and the hotel website). I tried to cancel my booking. The hotel refused and said they had no obligation to do and it was ‘not possible’. Booking.com offered the hotel the opportunity to waive the right to cancel and the hotel refused. In effect this resulted in us paying approximately €100-€140 more for a 2 night stay than we would have if I had of been allowed to cancel and rebook (see photos below). The hotel dealt with it all in a very dismissive way and I felt quite disrespected. Booking.com initially got back to me and asked me to show proof of the price discrepancy (which I did) but have not yet been back to me since I provided this proof. What most irritated me was the poor customer service throughout and the complete lack of any decency.

The hotel itself is of average standard. Pool is small. Gym consists of some old cardio machines in a basement. Staff were unfriendly throughout. Breakfast was nice.

Camera molto confortevole e pulita

Il servizio a colazione mi è parso un po' disordinato e, a tratti, poco professionale (camerieri che litigavano fra loro per chi dovesse prendere le ordinazioni)

Gutes Hotel, aber definitiv nicht den Preis wert.

- They had opened the terrace and the pool nicely to compensate for the unsightly location. - Advantage were the gluten-free offers as well as - the really good / rich breakfast:) - also extreme cleanliness - there was a gym

- For just under €1,500, we had really hoped for more (5 nights with half board). The junior suite was large and had a kind of walk-in closet and a large bathroom. But then the special equipment will stop. - Location directly at the airport or at a busy intersection rather unsightly. - The dinner was quite good, but I already ate better for the price - Treadmill defective in the gym - few weights to choose from

Frühstück wurde vorbereitet, obwohl wir um 6 Uhr wegen Flug auschecken mussten! Parkplätze vorhanden! Echt top! Ca 10-15 min mit Koffer zum airport!

great value and fabulous quality in brilliant location for airport

This hotel is fabulous - room was comfortable and spacious, staff are lovely, the restaurant food is fabulous and it is within walking distance of the airport terminal (although you can take a taxi if you cannot walk with your luggage). There is even shopping in a mall across the road if you have time to kill! Highly recommended.

HIGH END BOUTIQUE HOTEL-ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE STAYED IN

What didn't i like? We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, the room was lovely, great coffee machine, lots of free water, restaurant was AMAZING-Michelin Starred, and the pool was fantastic. We could walk to the airport. Had a big balcony, cocktails were big and only 7 or 8 euros. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL hotel within WALKING distance to the airport.

Beautiful and well maintained. You cannot get any closer to the airport, WALK there in 15 mins! The soundproofing is exceptional as well as darkening panels for complete restful sleep. Beautiful pool and property. On site gourmet restaurant noted by Michelin for 2023. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed/room. Excellent breakfast.

the ONLY thing I would complain about is the guests who “save” loungers at the pool. I know this is a problem in a lot of place, but there are more and more hotels who won’t allow this anymore. If towels are left on loungers with no one using them for more than an hour, they take them away. That is the fair way to handle this problem.

great hotel beside airport and near the city

Very handy for airport and for last minute shopping. plenty of parking. great sound insulation: couldn’t hear traffic or airplanes.

Excellent value ,great restaurant and a great location near the airport for tired travellers

Very smart clean hotel within walking distance of the Olbia airport Arrived 8.3pm after a very long flight from Australia We were able to have a late dinner and relax in the lovely dining room The service and quality of the dinner was exceptional Better than the most expensive restaurants for a very reasonable price All over, excellent value for tired travellers .We walked back to the airport the next morning to hire our car which was a great plan Also a big supermarket opposite for easy shopping

we stayed here the last night before taking an early flight out of Sardinia. Convenient, clean, comfortable.

staff at the reception said they were fully booked - we luckily did find a room through this app. must have been an IT issue.

Great for getting to the airport.

Close to the airport, great breakfast, friendly, polite staff.

The kitchen was below our room which made it very noisy until late and then started at 6:30 am. I politely complained and they could only offer me water and snacks from the mini bar as I had paid at check in. Lesson learned, pay at departure.

VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AND EXCELLENT SERVICE HOTEL (BUT DOGS' SIZE DISCRIMINATING)

The rooms are large and clean, the staff very kind/competent, and the restaurant Bacchus is really up to its reputation (very good). Value for money is excellent for the services and FFE of the property. In front of the hotel, you can find any store you need (electronics, pet store, cosmetics, hypermarket). The area is safe, considering it's walking distance from the Italian Military Police HQ (Carabinieri) in Olbia. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can walk to a fast-casual restaurant, Doppio Malto, located 100 mt in front of the hotels.

We booked two rooms for four nights through Bringfido.com, and they offered rooms accommodating multiple large dogs (max 2) for each room. Once we returned (3 days later) and booked directly through the hotel website, we were told at check-in they do not accept dogs over 10 kg, and we won't be able to book again. We said to them; it's not a worry. We will reserve at Mercure or Hilton next time, but they did not seem to care about losing valuable customers. What is curious enough is that the hotel has two rooms on the 1st floor (120 & 121, where we stayed on our second stay), which are far from any other room on the floor, and while our dogs do not bark or mess around, they could eventually allocate it to large-size dogs as they did with us. Isn't a 10kg policy max DOG body shaming?

Convenient place to stay in Olbia.

We chose this hotel because we needed to return the rental car and then fly to Rome the next day. It was very convenient for that purpose. The room was good with a nice view of the street. Breakfast was adequate for a hotel of this caliber, with coffee made to order.

We have nothing to mention here. The staff arranged a taxi and the wifi worked adequately. Everything worked and the room was pleasant enough for our short stay. Construction/repairs were a little noisy.
