Great location to fly out on a helicopter for offshore workers

great hotel, great value, very clean, good location, has a bar and a restaurant.

very close to the airport, I walked from there to the hotel. check in was rapid. room was fine, clean, comfy bed, tv with channels. very good shower, decent bathroom. no issues or complaints from me. the staff were great, friendly and helpful.

It’s so close to the airport and the shuttle service is a bonus

Best Hotel in Aberdeen

The cleanliness of the place. The idea location for one to move to the city centre. Good parking although you have to pay 4 pounds per night.

Good spot for an early flight in the morning

A cheap hotel very close to ABZ airport; you can walk it in five minutes, head across the car park at the back, and then through the gate into the car rental yard, you can get out at the bottom even though it doesn't look like it! Staff were sociable, room was good for the price - very much in the Premier Inn / Travelodge vein - and it's perfect for an early flight.

Nothing - was very good for the price (about £35).

Brilliant hotel and amazing staff

This hotel is amazing and it is the staff that make is so brilliant. They are all fab and we love staying here. It is a great location and very clean with a very friendly atmosphere

Great hotel with absolutely amazing staff

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Special mention to Jonah (?) one of the reception team who was so lovely and helpful. To be honest 'though, all the staff here are just lovely - they are polite, helpful and very good at their jobs. The hotel is very clean and in a grreat loction being just monites from the bypass so easy access to Deeside etc and yet only 10 mins drive into the city centre. Our room was a good size with everything you would need, plus the bonus of watching the baby rabbits play on the grass outside. Also the on site bar and restaurant are also really good.

Very few car park spaces due to the Hotel offering stay and park service for the airport, you are advised if their are no parking spaces you need to use the short term car park at the airport Also problems with their payment system

the location as I work offshore Always made welcome when you book in and all staff are very helpful and friendly

In the bathroom the extraction fan was very noisy and took forever to go off

Expensive for quality of the rooms

Proximity to airport, complementary bus ride in the morning. Bed was comfortable

Price for the room i recieved. £88 was way to high. Very dated. Sink in the bathroom was tiny, very difficult to wash hands in. No shelf for toiletries directly in front. No plug sockets either side of the bed.

Ok value but book the better double room

Parking, good breakfast, pleasant staff

Hotel took payment twice but staff unsure on how to refund immediately. Will need to wait for refund apparently. Room was smaller than last time and was a little tired in comparison.

it was good value and did the trick for us to get our early morning flight instead of rushing to get to the airport the

rooms were spacious and well appointed

As we arrived very bad attitude male reception. Very grumpy and quick to tell us there was only one room booked,after continually telling him that we had confirmed booking that day and we had two rooms booked. It did get to the stage that we had to speak to him about the way he was talking to us, and he did apologise. Not a good first impression.

Comfortable place to get our heads down before the airport - easy to get bus from City Centre and then walk down to the airport. The cost was good value for money.

First-rate customer service, good rooms and lovely breakfast…

The customer service from the reception team at this Inn was nothing short of outstanding and deserves the greatest recognition; nothing was too much trouble for the team and all was conducted with a friendly banter whilst being professional and efficient. The rooms were well appointed if a little dated in some aspects, however, you will locate all you require for a comfortable stay and extremely clean and well maintained. The en suite shower room was practical and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a triumph, well-presented buffet with egg options from the kitchen, would have been nice to have had some Scottish options like haggis and black pudding. Overall an excellent stay and I highly recommend this value-for-money hotel to all.

Great valuefor money, i'll be back!

Check in smooth, Evening meal adequate, Good Red Wine! Half Bottle kept for my return on 29th.Bed great!Shower also.

Needed to switch on Heater room cold. Outside temp 6C. Bathroom too cool but Shower warmed. B Floor cold to touch!
